How to Live a Fulfilled Life -
    1. Be Fully Present in Everything that you Do.
    2. Pursue Your Passion Before it's Too Late.
    3. Serve Others However You Can.

3rd one is “live a life of service” not help people when you “think” you can or feel like it

Jip since ive been focusing on serving others not foscussing on myself only, i also found deep satisfaction and more contentment than ever before. And now im happier too. Trying to satisfy yourself is a dead end bit trying to uplift other have been so rewarding. I have true joy.

I follow the "no regrets" philosophy which means to actively minimize the "things I wish I had done" and not let the list grow too big.

i looked back and felt no joy, no highs stand out. when i thought of the story ending today, i think "thank god" the life is over.

If that was really true you would not be watching this video clip of life fulfillment. Because there would be no point. That type of thinking is why you are unhappy, as you say you have no joyful memories, which means you are not viewing your life with the respect and appreciation it deserves. You are solely focusing on yourself. Instead of believing or stating to yourself i had no high points of joy, maybe you should ask yourself instead, where in my life have i created joy, or high points for others. Because if you had that would have been a high point with joy for you too. The video litterally talks about serving others. Start there and maybe next time you would be able to think of joyful times in your life and great highs. And maybe you will still think “ thank god” but not thats its over, but “thank god” for my blessed life, - a life worth lived. I truely wish you well!
