In EU the Ranger Raptor V6 3.0 is down tuned to 292hp. The tuners around my area tell me the ECU is unhackable/unreadable. Is this the case or could you educate them how?

Can the new 2023 3.0 V6 Diesel ECU be remapped?
I have read on some forums that these ECU’s have a very difficult encryption - so most people cannot remap the ECU.
Does the 2.0 have a different ECU?
I am asking because I have the 2023 3.0 v6 Amarok (same ECU/TCU as the new Ford V6) and would like to get some extra gains out of if possible.
