Surprisingly, the first 2 Offspring songs I heard were from Punk-O-Rama 1 and then Smash was like immediately behind it. Somehow (and I dont even know how) I was into Screeching Weasel's Boogada, Descendents-SOmery, and Rancid's debut at the end of 93 and then all this punk rock came out. Which was bad ass for me, lol! Because Im a drummer and was burning out of metal and then Lagwagon, No Use For A Name, Ten Foot Pole, Snuff all was coming out of the woodworks. What a great time to feel like I was a part of something and the same age as the band members. Unlike metal. I liked that stuff but those bands were like older than us. Anyway...sorry Im rambling.
Super sweet reaction! Love your content! While I know it would never get the views, Jennifer lost the war is peak brutal song that is happy sounding Offspring. Maybe good offline adventure.
I discovered The OffSpring on the very same day i started to discover Metal, back in 1997. Today, i am a huge Metal fan for many years, and still am a huge fan of what The OffSpring did back then. Sadly, they started to go downhill in the 21st century. Also, i think you should not think of The OffSpring as just a fun band that you listen when you don´t want to think about anything. Because although their music is fun, they are also talented musicians who writte hugely inteligent songs about very serious subjects.
Good, old memories! This came out like 1994/1995 or something like that!? I am german, I think it was released in 1994 in the US and 1995 in Europe?! Not sure ... Anyway: That's quite a while ago and I was a teenager back then! It blew me away! Never heard anything like that before! It took some time until The Offspring got more famous here, but I saw them live in Germany, 1997 - if I remember correctly. Man, THAT WAS FUN! Me was like 15/16 years old and the band and crowd was epic! Great fun for a teenager! :)
Well now i feel old... my brain instantly told me that this song predated the tony hawk games... by at least 5 years. Great album... when im wrenchin up my sh!t.
out of the 90s pop punk bands, offspring was the one that actually played some real punk at least in the beginning. if shes a metal head and you want her to explore punk maybe graves era misfits, since that era blended some metal vibes into it.
Most people won't react to it on TH-cam I assume because too much swearing (well not that much but that one part is enough they won't risk their moneys). I actually hate that most peoples first reaction to the Offspring is Pretty Fly (For a White Guy) sure it is a bit of fun but it isn't the "real" Offspring.
Hey guys I have a new artist for your channel: all-female hard rock band from Albany, NY - *Plush* . They are a newer band formed in 2020. Singer/guitarist/songwriter Moriah Formica had previously competed on both American Idol and The Voice back in 2016/17. Can you do a reaction to them? This is their most recent radio single "Run". th-cam.com/video/ywr9RBxnFGU/w-d-xo.htmlsi=HU7NQA3A2O9V2xsS
"Come Out and Play" from this album was the first song that me and my buddies started to recognize these dudes!!! Love it

The problem has always been the singer's voice...
It's fkn annoying...

Misfits is coming, and sooner than you might think! ~Liam
second best angry driving song after Guns N' Roses: Get In The Ring. :)
Hell yeah, this is a great offspring song.
The first two albums are the best og punk
Smash was fire during my freshman yr!
"Smash" was released the same year I got married - to my second - and current - wife. (and I was divorced from my first wife for almost 10 years)
Which of you two are on team Jane's Addiction?
Ooh! That could be a double discovery! I mean, you can't go wrong with anything off of Nothing's Shocking or Ritual de lo Habitual
This album is great to paint to lol 😂 no lie
Ignition was there best in my opinion
