Great video. I do just want to point out I take issue with one of your first statements "Mr. Agnifilo will have quite the uphill battle trying to prove that is the caes". In the United States all accused are presumed innocent and must be proven guilty by the Government. So Mr. Agnifilo needs to prove nothing at all, the Government holds the sole and heavy burden of proving each and every charge beyond any and all reasonable doubt to a moral certainty. We have a big problem in this country understanding this, especially the general public.

Tbh jaubrey, as much as I love you, you probably shouldn't be trying to decipher court documents when you don't fully understand the pleading standards. Diddy's lawyer, at around the 19:33 mark, actually did a great job responding to Lil Rods claims. Lil Rod really SHOULD have listed out as much detail as he possibly could to meet the pleading standards, including the "who what when where and how" of each event. If you do something like this again in the future, you should consult with an actual lawyer to see if your script is harping on things that actually matter, rather than things a layperson doesn't fully understand. Great video. I do just want to point out I take issue with one of your first statements "Mr. Agnifilo will have quite the uphill battle trying to prove that is the caes". In the United States all accused are presumed innocent and must be proven guilty by the Government. So Mr. Agnifilo needs to prove nothing at all, the Government holds the sole and heavy burden of proving each and every charge beyond any and all reasonable doubt to a moral certainty. We have a big problem in this country understanding this, especially the general public.

Tbh jaubrey, as much as I love you, you probably shouldn't be trying to decipher court documents when you don't fully understand the pleading standards. Diddy's lawyer, at around the 19:33 mark, actually did a great job responding to Lil Rods claims. Lil Rod really SHOULD have listed out as much detail as he possibly could to meet the pleading standards, including the "who what when where and how" of each event. If you do something like this again in the future, you should consult with an actual lawyer to see if your script is harping on things that actually matter, rather than things a layperson doesn't fully understand.
