Hi Ryan, I’m Saudi local and everything you mentioned is true except the last part. The site is sacred to Muslims too as we believe in the prophet Moses too. The exodus story is mentioned in the Holy Qur’an too. The place will never be destroyed or made a constitution zone. The city we’re building is far from the mountain. And finally, it’s been open for tourists to visit for easily. Look up tours on Google. We welcome people of all faiths to this sacred mountain.
That's interesting, because there's no record at all in Egyptian artifacts of a massive group of Israelite slaves, or them all escaping at the same time. The exodus most likely never happened.

I'm an Orthodox Jew and was just here, I've visited all these sites and I must say this video makes sound as if it's impossible or scary to get here, we were met with such love from that Saudis, we had access to to each site without climbing under gates and was a beautiful experience.

So you know, this video was made before it was legal to visit these sites when you still had to sneak in :) Saudi did not open its borders to tourism until 2019. We now lead tours to these sites and wholeheartedly agree with you that the locals are very loving and hospitable. We went back to the mountain in March and our local guides were amazing! Prior to KSA allowing tourism though, this was not the case

This is true. The locals know so much about it and it has been kept amongst themselves and protected for a very long time! My dad has been here for over 35 years and knows how to speak good arabic, he converses with locals a lot and they themselves have imparted during his early years that Mt. Sinai is in fact here in Saudi Arabia. I appreciate that the Saudis have preserved and protected the area. I wish they would continue to preserve it, and maybe turn it into a tourism spot instead. They have no idea how many people will flock to visit Saudi Arabia to see the place for sure!

@marouane Attahali hello there! That is ok. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion as we all grew up with our own beliefs and culture. To answer your question, I would, I did and could. I am not Muslim but I would, I did and could. I was born and raised in Saudi Arabia and I wear the hijab nicely the way my saudi friends do. Contrary to what you say, Saudi Arabia has opened up to tourism and is very respectful to other cultures and religions as of late. I have visited this exact place with a sporty shirt, leggings and rubber shoes. They recommend it too since the hike is long and hot, they want us to be comfortable. Having said that, I know that Saudi does not mind one not wearing the hijab for as long as you dress modestly. I love the culture of respect there before I left the country and was able to start a TH-cam Channel regarding how it is like living in Saudi Arabia and traveling to these places for the world to see. Many people have wrong notions about the place and the objective of my channel was primarily to show them how beautiful it was to live as an Asian Female expat in Saudi. Nowadays, even Saudi women do not wear the abaya or hijab there by the way. Same for the other GCCs. Saudi has many developments and tourism plans shaping in including a change of alcohol laws and policies. It is all part of their VISION 2030 project in line with NEOM which is not so far from this site in this video. Though I doubt they will be like Dubai (though I heard talks they are aiming to be better!), I want people all around the world ro appreciate where they are now. Personally, I would still wear the abaya and hijab ifI do get to visit the country of my birth again, but it will depend entirely on whether I will be in the mood for it, or not, or whether I would feel comfortable in it for the specific weather or not. I remember one of my video ideas was to talk about whether or not I would still be wearing the abaya despite the change in abaya rules and regulations in 2019. They are very warm and accepting. One of my bestfriends ever in the entire world is a woman and dresses modestly sexy. They have amazing modern fashion sense in Arabia! Even abayas nowadays are not being worn there by the locals at all. They do not mind at all. And I have lots of Saudi friends btw.🤍 They all have no problem at all.

True. Ron Wyatt discovered that Nuweibaa beach was the actual crossing point of the Red Sea by Moses and the Hebrew people into Median and that Mt. Sinai was actually in Median (Saudi Arabia) not in Egypt (Sinai Peninsula). Wyatt also took pictures of the undersea chariot wheels and axles. He also found the pillars that King Solomon placed to commemorate the crossing point, one on the Egyptian side and one on the Median side. So this is not new and Wyatt must be given credit for discovering and bringing this all out decades ago.

However, that does not mean that other books have some correct information. We believe that the bible originally correct but people changed SOME parts of it. I don’t get the notion that the Saudi gov. is devilishly trying to hide all of this. It is really not, in fact if you visit these sites you will see Moses’ name written everywhere. However, the government fenced and protected these sites as well as many others as some blinded Muslims were destroying them to not be worshiped. In fact Muslims believe in the the prophet Moses and the story of Exodus, and want to preserve such sites and relive these historical events. You can in fact apply for a tourist visa and visit this area now, it’s a beautiful place.

Do not worry, we in Saudi believe in Moses and believe in his story, and for neom is a tourist city 90% based on the archaeological sites in the north of Saudi Arabia, including Mount Moses and (and now it is rehabilitated and reconstructed some of the dilapidated places and now they began Madaen Saleh ) And 10% of the city is developed and will not be near the mountains but will be near the Red Sea project . (The entry of this area and other areas was prohibited because many believe that there is Jewish gold)
Thanks for your comment! Current public plans indicate Neom will include the plains in front of the Mountain of Moses, which is what we are concerned about. The Split Rock area is also not fenced off and is within Neom, so we are concerned about that as well. We are hoping Neom will be modified so these areas are preserved and not built upon.

Construction NEAR the sites could obstruct excavation and damage evidence unintentionally. Also, there have been incidents where Islamic archaeological sites have been damaged/destroyed. The Sinai Peninsula to Jericho would take at least 15-20 years; Jabal al-Lawz in Saudi Arabia to Jericho, if you know which direction you're going, would take about 42 years. Northern Saudi Arabia is a barren wasteland; no city, no village. Saudi Arabia is the most possible candidate.

The exodus story is mentioned in the Holy Qur’an too. The place will never be destroyed or made a constitution zone. The city we’re building is far from the mountain. And finally, it’s been open for tourists to visit for easily. Look up tours on Google. We welcome people of all faiths to this sacred mountain.

We now lead tours to these sites and wholeheartedly agree with you that the locals are very loving and hospitable. We went back to the mountain in March and our local guides were amazing! Prior to KSA allowing tourism though, this was not the case

This is true. The locals know so much about it and it has been kept amongst themselves and protected for a very long time! My dad has been here for over 35 years and knows how to speak good arabic, he converses with locals a lot and they themselves have imparted during his early years that Mt. Sinai is in fact here in Saudi Arabia. I appreciate that the Saudis have preserved and protected the area. I wish they would continue to preserve it, and maybe turn it into a tourism spot instead. They have no idea how many people will flock to visit Saudi Arabia to see the place for sure!

@marouane Attahali hello there! That is ok. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion as we all grew up with our own beliefs and culture. To answer your question, I would, I did and could. I am not Muslim but I would, I did and could. I was born and raised in Saudi Arabia and I wear the hijab nicely the way my saudi friends do. Contrary to what you say, Saudi Arabia has opened up to tourism and is very respectful to other cultures and religions as of late. I have visited this exact place with a sporty shirt, leggings and rubber shoes. They recommend it too since the hike is long and hot, they want us to be comfortable. Having said that, I know that Saudi does not mind one not wearing the hijab for as long as you dress modestly. I love the culture of respect there before I left the country and was able to start a TH-cam Channel regarding how it is like living in Saudi Arabia and traveling to these places for the world to see. Many people have wrong notions about the place and the objective of my channel was primarily to show them how beautiful it was to live as an Asian Female expat in Saudi. Nowadays, even Saudi women do not wear the abaya or hijab there by the way. Same for the other GCCs. Saudi has many developments and tourism plans shaping in including a change of alcohol laws and policies. It is all part of their VISION 2030 project in line with NEOM which is not so far from this site in this video. Though I doubt they will be like Dubai (though I heard talks they are aiming to be better!), I want people all around the world ro appreciate where they are now. Personally, I would still wear the abaya and hijab ifI do get to visit the country of my birth again, but it will depend entirely on whether I will be in the mood for it, or not, or whether I would feel comfortable in it for the specific weather or not. I remember one of my video ideas was to talk about whether or not I would still be wearing the abaya despite the change in abaya rules and regulations in 2019. True. Ron Wyatt discovered that Nuweibaa beach was the actual crossing point of the Red Sea by Moses and the Hebrew people into Median and that Mt. Sinai was actually in Median (Saudi Arabia) not in Egypt (Sinai Peninsula). Wyatt also took pictures of the undersea chariot wheels and axles. He also found the pillars that King Solomon placed to commemorate the crossing point, one on the Egyptian side and one on the Median side. So this is not new and Wyatt must be given credit for discovering and bringing this all out decades ago.

I don’t get the notion that the Saudi gov. is devilishly trying to hide all of this. It is really not, in fact if you visit these sites you will see Moses’ name written everywhere. However, the government fenced and protected these sites as well as many others as some blinded Muslims were destroying them to not be worshiped. You can in fact apply for a tourist visa and visit this area now, it’s a beautiful place.

Do not worry, we in Saudi believe in Moses and believe in his story, and for neom is a tourist city 90% based on the archaeological sites in the north of Saudi Arabia, including Mount Moses and (and now it is rehabilitated and reconstructed some of the dilapidated places and now they began Madaen Saleh ) And 10% of the city is developed and will not be near the mountains but will be near the Red Sea project .
(The entry of this area and other areas was prohibited because many believe that there is Jewish gold)

The Split Rock area is also not fenced off and is within Neom, so we are concerned about that as well. We are hoping Neom will be modified so these areas are preserved and not built upon.

Construction NEAR the sites could obstruct excavation and damage evidence unintentionally. Also, there have been incidents where Islamic archaeological sites have been damaged/destroyed. Doesn't it seem more logical to bring in professionals under supervision to make sure no artifacts go missing and build a museum when you find everything that has been excavated since this is a holy site, or does it make more sense to bulldoze everything in the area? Doesn't it make more sense that the more artifacts there are to see the more interest you will establish for the touristic area? I'm convinced Mount Sinai is in Saudi Arabia. One of the most important thing is if you're going to get lost in the wilderness, you have to wander around in much larger space. The Sinai Peninsula to Jericho would take at least 15-20 years; Jabal al-Lawz in Saudi Arabia to Jericho, if you know which direction you're going, would take about 42 years. Northern Saudi Arabia is a barren wasteland; no city, no village. Saudi Arabia is the most possible candidate.

It was in this 1800s and such that people regardless of ethnicity would loot artifacts even more, because there were less rules around protecting such things.
