- As the latest season of The Apprentice launches tonight, one former winner of the show reveals how sacking Lord Sugar was the best decision he ever made.
Joseph Valente ‘fired’ Lord Sugar and has since turned his tradesman business venture into a £10 million fortune.
He joins TalkTV’s Rosie Wright and Nick Wallis, along with contestant on the 2023 series Reece Donnelly.

In the earlier apprentices the prize wasnt going into business with lord sugar it was to be employed by him with a salary of 100k.
