There's a really cool line at 6:18. Extremely hard to find in a blitz game. The idea is 29. bxc6+!. The point is that the R can't be taken. If 29... Kxa6 we have 30. c4! which takes away the b5 square, which is the last available square for the black King. White is threatening Ra1#. Black can try 30...b5 to create another escape square at b6, but white responds 31. c5! immediately taking it away. 32. Ra1# is unstoppable.
Therefore after 29.bxc6+! black's best is probably 29... Kxc6, but then white should be coasting after something like 30. BxB hxg5 31. Rxe4 (or maybe c4 or some other similar move to prevent the black K from penetrating on the light squares).

Is it okay if I backseat a chess VOD after all the games are done? Like just my takes on the opening theories? You mentioned that other people just know openings better, so from the openings you played, here's some ideas that I like.
In the king's gambit accepted, (1. e4, e5, 2. f4, exf4), if my opponent doesn't play 3. Nf3, I've found a lot of success playing Qh4+, (For instance, 3. Nc3, Qh4+, 4. g3, fxg3). A lot of times you can sac your queen in order to safely move a pawn to the end of the board and make a new one, meaning you effectively traded 1 pawn for whites entire kingside.
In sicilian defense as white, a gambit I like to have in my back pocket is the Smith-Morra gambit. (1. e4, c5, 2. d4). Point being that if my opponent takes, you can gambit another pawn and try and retake with the knight. (2. ... cxd4, 3. c3, dxc3, 4. Nxc3). You are down two pawns in exchange for more development, a more open position, (both your bishops AND your queen can move, blacks cannot), but the open C file that black usually takes advantage of in the sicilian is now also open for you to land your rook on. However, sometimes your opponents will take the first pawn, but decline the second one (1. e4, c5, 2. d4, cxd4, 3. c3, d3), so you gotta be mindful of that.
Against the fried liver, I in theory love the Traxler, it's a very dynamic counter-attack, (though I can't play it for shit). 1.e4 e5 2. Nf3, Nc6 3. Bc4, Nf6 4. Ng5 is mainline fried liver, white tries to fork your queen and rook with the knight. The mainline continues with 4. ... d5, 5. exd5, Nxd5, 6. Nxf7, Kxf7. It's an awkward position for black, your king is exposed, and white is going to start throwing everything but the kitchen sink at you. The traxler instead allows your opponent to fork your queen and knight by playing 4. ... Bc5, because after 5. Nxf7, Bxf2+, 6. Kxf2, Nxe4+. You start to draw the king out, you can develop your queen into active squares and out of that fork, and even though white can take your rook for free, you have such a powerful attack that they can't spend a turn to fight back. Of course, that only works if the king takes the bishop on f2, which is by no means a forced move.
The other counter-attack that I like for the fried liver is the Ponziani-Steinitz. 4. ... Nxe4. If they take back with the knight, then you just fork the knight and bishop (5. Nxe4, d4) and accelerate your queen's-side castling. If white ignores and continues trying to fork your queen and rook, you can develop your queen to h4 and threaten mate in 1. (5. Nxf7, Qh4). If they castle, (6. O-O, Nxf2, 7. Rxf2, Bc5). If they play g6, (6. g6, Nxg6, 7. fxg3, Qe4+). Your opponent has nothing in his kingside to defend, and your bishop is able to move in and assist the queen in the attack.
sorry for the wall of text lolol

Btw for anyone not knowing the fried liver, it's 1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.Bc4 Nf6 4.Ng5 d5 5.exd5 Nxd5 6.Nxf7 Kxf7.
