For the theater room if you still wanted the TV to go on the far wall you could build like a base to elevate the chairs up like a stair and put two in the back and two in the front like a real movie theater.

The Delivery guy should of ask for the Drivers license, or maybe that protocol is not in place. You should reach out to the Delivery Company and inform the Supervisor that your package was delivered to someone else. Also the Delivery Company would have to reimburse you for the items that was purchased.
I love your new home..Have you thought about getting a sideboard or buffet cabinet for your kitchen..It will give you more counter space..I once received someone coach shoes and called coach to let them know..I couldn't keep someone's package.. Be Blessed.....
