2:23 thats no code thats a .JSON file that is used to store data such as this. im going of the top of my head, i might not be 100% correct, its used all the time in storing items in this case hats, holdables, badges, colour of your character. the code mentions tradable (by the fact that in every line is says "IsTradeable" that to me implies to me that there might be trading coming to the game soon, who knows if it will be coming soon. if this helps please tell me
