Supports only change the +12% HP for a 30-awakening Lostwind Cliff for the party buff waaay later down the line. DPS change until +crit rate on Lostwind Cliff or, which is more likely, an awakening on one of the mentioned 3-sets (pref. Forest of Giants). Just to emphasize: the dark damage reduction is not relevant right now. 2. Be sure to use the legendary card selection packs ONLY to finish the 30! awakening bonus for the Light of Salvation (a few more packs are coming). That way it IS possible to obtain the bonus before the game shuts down 😆Please don't waste them on the Lostwind Cliff set - seriously. 3. There are actually some other usable sets out there, although a bit more specific: Three Umar Families for the Back Attack Damage, Fate of Lazeniths for the Ele Damage (very niche) and Romanticist for the Movement Speed when going for life skills (some immobile classes also like to trade +4% HP for the 10% movement skill CDR early on). The wandering merchants guide is surely going to be a great complement!

Berserkers have amazing choices, the very first one you will pick is Elmental's Nature, you will get the first 2 cards for free, doing the leveling up process, later you will combine it with the Shushire(We'll Meet Again) probably, then you probably switch to Shushire+Tortoyki(Forest of Giants), and you will probably keep this forever... OR, if manage to fully complete Elemental's Nature, if it works, you can combine with Ether Predator Engraving... and yeah...
Should you open the EXP cards right away or save them? In other words right click the Soul Leafs, eternity essences etc or save them for later when you awaken. Ty in advance..great video very informative.
One thing I didnt see in this video unless Im just stupid and glossed over it somehow is what to do with your duplicates of cards. I know you said that there will be times where you need multiple copies of the cards, but do I have to save those copies to level up or do I consume them whenever I want?
You simply use them and they will be added to your collection. You will consume them for awakening your cards, and there's no reason not to just use them to add to collection.
I personally think so. It's really strong for damage reduction. I will also work on lostwind cliff for the future, incase I want to play other classes.
as support you can go for full awakened Forest of Giant set, it gives a lot of survivability. It's gonna involve grind and merchant hunting but it's a long term project.

Thank you for your video, I do appreciate the time you took to explain this system. It seems to me that this system is an huge waste of time. You get very little return in regards to stats you get back. It seems like a money dump for me and I don't believe I will waste my time with it in Lost Ark, there is already so much I can waste my time with in game. :)
It is definitely good as the bonuses can be used on all your characters. (and it's a bonus that's always active regardless of your gear) And it's nice to equip the 4% hp sets as that's 12% hp total for almost no effort. But it's definitely not worth rushing at great expense :)
I mean no offense but it just makes me laugh hearing people say hold the legendary selection and I see people that play korean server since release and still not having light of salvation set.
Guess the holy dmg conversion stage and the +7% stage might be worthy candidates for card selection packs but idk tbh. Wish we knew how many of these we'd actually get over time :l
@@nex4613 also our version has worse packs than others. they slowed down our card income on purpose so it really sucks. still an 18 awakening on 6 legendary cards imo is still over a year away easily from being possible.
lol yeah, I had to share the long story about just how hard/min-maxing Light of Salvation is at the end. The context is pretty important. I do lul when I see some vids that just says "Save these selector, 30 awakening LoS Set, UR WELCOME" without any context
Not sure if its just me reading it wrong but the We'll meet again set says: Damage -(x)% ***FROM FOES AT 50%*** or lower - im reading the highlighted part as the reduction is based of the ENEMY not the PLAYER. Meaning if the ENEMY is still at 51% HP or above, there isn't any damage reduction VS what is explained in the video where PLAYERs below 50% HP will get the dmg reduc effect. I'm a Mayhem Berserk btw so I just need confirmation what is the actual effect since im not sure how to properly test it. Thanks for the other info as well - gonna wait on that Traveling Merchant one

When it comes to storing cards. All of them are tradable on roster. So just make an alt (don't even need level boost) and store thing in their bank.
You don't need a spreadsheet for the card chances, the link at the bottom of the shop has a list of all the % chances of the random outcomes.
I have gotten Thirain and Kharmine cards from abyssal dungeons past 2 weeks, only have 3 characters!

fate of the lazeniths + forest of giants is also used by some classes that can get elemental tripods like wardancer.

you can just open them, otherwise they just take up space. The exp will be stored in your collection.

Yep, only reason to hold off on opening is if you don't have enough card space/don't have crystals to unlock more.

It's refering to your health hence the mayhem berserker recommendation.
Translation sucks but it is what it is.
It's bad translation, it's based on the player's hp.
