I rarely comment on youtube vids, but my god your videos are so good. I see the title, I know I am gonna learn everything the title suggests. No clickbait / bs titles. Thank you for your work. Severely underrated channel.
I hit 1385 before even realizing you could track tripods like that. I knew about the inventory transfer, but the tracking is a game changer. Thanks so much for the easy guide!!
saving tripods to sell and try again for transferring is such a good idea, had not even thought about it aside from losing exisiting tripods when transferring gear.
Unfortunately you can't transfer onto a random piece, and use that piece as Material. But saving really high lvl ones in Inventory and imprinting will save a lot of gold. It's the meta method in KR/RU.
This is the first ever video on youtube that I liked before watching. I don't even need this guide for myself but, you are passing too much valuable information to new players in Lost Ark community and I appreciate that a lot.
Another great video/guide from you. You do such wonderful videos with no fluff or clickbait garbage. Just straight info and presented in an enjoyable manner to listen to. Thank you.
One more thing. You can apply the Tripods 3+ you saved into a sacrificial piece of gear of the same type and try to transfer it again and again to your your current gear until you succeed.
Is it possible to buy a piece of HERO gear with a tripod you want, then COPY the hero piece into the inventory, then use a piece of gear you don't care about and copy from inventory onto that piece, then use TRANSFER on that piece instead of the hero piece which you can resell. You would then have the tripod you want in inventory, and then just keep using other gear as a sacrifice for the transfer. I hope I am making sense... 1. Buy hero weapon from AH, lets call this item A 2. Copy item A into inventory weapon slot 3. Now find a weapon you don't care about and copy from the inventory to that junk weapon 4. Now use that junk weapon as the material for a TRANSFER attempt onto the weapon you want the tripod on. If you fail, you would only lose the junk weapon and can retry on another junk weapon from step 3. Possible?
I know what you're saying :D I actually had the same thought when I was first testing it. So when you copy good tripods onto a junk weapon, the junk weapon will become untradeable AND be unable to be used as material items. So they pre-emptively made that not possible.
geez i nuked my tripods from transfering to legendary gear at 1370 thanks for telling me about inventory system. found a piece with 2 level 3 tripods and i think ican snap some cheap ones in the market from people who sell them too cheap lol
When you save a set of tripods can you transfer all to a random piece of gear to just give infinite attempts at the single transfer after pulling out of the inventory?
When you use the Tripod Inventory to transfer onto a piece of gear. That gear that got transferred onto can no longer be used as Material or be traded.
@@ThatYiGuy I figured there was something like that in place to keep somebody from getting endless tries at high level tripods but wasn't sure. Only halfway to tier 2 so far.
Hey I watched the whole thing and am currently rewatching some parts. One question, which I may have missed. Can tripods stack? Say the same skill at +3 and +1 will bring me to +4? Or +2 and +2 etc
After you save the lvl 3 tripod, can you transfer it to a “trash” piece of gear to then try the transfer as many times as you have that certain piece of gear? Also how beneficial do you think it would be to have all the tripods for one skill on one piece of gear vs having it spread out over multiple. Seems like there are a bunch that you would want to change depending on activity.
You can't do it that way unfortunately. After you pull the Tripod OFF of your saved inventory, and put it on a piece, the receiving piece can't be traded/used as material anymore. (I had the same thought too so I tested that :P) I prefer to have all the most valuable ones on the same piece.
so i have a question. in your example, let's say i find a lvl 3 tripod. can i inventory it to say my 4th inventory slot. then i find like junk equipment for the gloves, then i inventory the lvl 3 tripod to the junk gloves. then sacrifice the junk gloves to have a chance to transfer the lvl 3 tripod to the good gloves i have? or is there a system that stops you from doing that?
It's a good thought! I had the same idea actually :) so I tested it specifically on a pair of pants. They made it so that when you pull out the Tripods from Tripod Inventory, and copy them onto a piece. That piece becomes untradeable so you can't sell copies, and it becomes unusable as material gear so you can't use it in that way.
ok so you can just never use sage if im understanding it right ? if you apply a lvl 3 to your inventory on what ever slot but lets say weapon as long as you have weapons you can apply it and try your luck to extract it to your quipped weapon right ? you've saved 20 30 weapons from dungeons you replace their tripods with the ones youve saved on all of them and then just try try try until extraction works
No you can't put it onto gear, to use them as fodder. For example, Lvl 3 is really valuable and you don't want to risk transferring and failing it. Let's say it's on a weapon, and currently, you have 3 lvl 1 tripods on your weapon. You simply take the lvl 3, and put it on your weapon, overwriting the lvl 1s. Then you just slowly rebuild your lvl 1s(which is much more common) Please lemme know if that makes sense, I can elaborate further, the system is complex.
Dude the tracking tripod's just saved my life. I was genuinely so overwhelmed looking through each piece of gear lol.
Best guide ever other youtubers they are like yelling at you while explaining. I needed someone to explain it slowy definitely MOST appreciate it!

I was just thinking that I needed a tripod guide and then boom your awesome in depth guide shows up!
Just today I asked myself how this Tripod Inventory even works. Thank you! :)
very nice guid saved my a lot of gold and nerves in the future. thank you

One more thing. You can apply the Tripods 3+ you saved into a sacrificial piece of gear of the same type and try to transfer it again and again to your your current gear until you succeed.
Unfortunately they made sacrificial gear that receive anything from your inventory not able to be used as material gear.
Learned a lot from this video, thanks!
Great video. Finally have a good understanding of this system

great video, thanks for explaining thoroughly !
wish i knew this sooner, ive blown up gear for tripods thinking u could only save them lol

nice vids man.got my sub,off topic question w/c do you prefer pre ordained or harsh.thanks man! cheers!
Pre-ordained Diligence is my preference
@@ThatYiGuy thanks man! uh how do you proc the harsh set?i mean is the determination set the pre-ordained set is it one and the same.cheers man
Hey I watched the whole thing and am currently rewatching some parts. One question, which I may have missed.
Can tripods stack? Say the same skill at +3 and +1 will bring me to +4? Or +2 and +2 etc
Oh! good questions. They will not stack. The game will only factor in the highest one. So a +3 and +1 will only count the +3.

from the same creators of Honing, comes Tripods...
Why are some tripod skill markers missing? I noticed some can be tracked but others don't have the symbol bellow them.
some of them maxes out at lvl 1, usually because they add extra mechanics so they don't have % that can be increased.
so i have a question. in your example, let's say i find a lvl 3 tripod. can i inventory it to say my 4th inventory slot. then i find like junk equipment for the gloves, then i inventory the lvl 3 tripod to the junk gloves. then sacrifice the junk gloves to have a chance to transfer the lvl 3 tripod to the good gloves i have? or is there a system that stops you from doing that?

@@ThatYiGuy damn. hahaha.
✔️
For Madness Berserker, how would you prioritize the top say 10 tripods?
I would say, Deadly blow and Earth flip in Hell blade, all the tripods in Sword Storm/Tempest Slash. and Red Dust.
can you transfer all the blue/purple gear tripods onto the new purple/orange through gear transfer?
You can make imprint of your tripods into your tripod inventory, and them imprint them onto the new pieces.
@@ThatYiGuy Thanks, i didnt finish watching your vid before asking lol. i found out after wards ty
