Hello, I have a problem with the T10s vacuum cleaner. I have 3 maps saved, after changing the map the vacuum cleaner reports error e10 "software error, restart the device", then it cannot find the charging base. Sometimes it finds it after a while, and sometimes it takes a long time, restarting does not help. During such an error, the blue dot (vacuum cleaner position) is not visible or it is somewhere outside the map or in a completely different place than in reality. Using several maps is very important to me, but because of this I cannot use it smoothly. What can I do about it?
