Nice video! (subbed) I just completed section hiking the OHT in December (in freezing rain). Looks like we hike a lot of the similar trails. I am by no means an FTK guy, but I did cross paths with Legend on the CT this summer. I had to end a hike on the Ozark Trail this week because I couldn't ford a flooded creek (solo). Better safe than sorry. Your one shot of starting the stove by your under quilt had me a bit nervous. LOL! See you on the trail.
Thanks! I've done a section on the Ozark Trail, also a great trail. Too bad about having to end the hike on the OHT but solo it was probably risky to cross. That shot of the boil next to the hammock was definitely not as close as it appeared on video haha. I attempted the FKT on the Colorado Trail last year right before Legend but had to call it because my stomach turned on me in the heat and I spent the first two days throwing up and not being able to consume calories. I hope to go finish the San Juan's soon! See ya on the trail!
