The Cali license plate does make sense actually. In the gta/ rdr universe the places you play as are post flood and we’re renamed. There’s tons of lore explaining how in rdr2 the USA went by all it’s real world names but a great flood happened which turned the major coastal cities into islands which became their own countries and were playing in the renamed island lands in gta

This is because the horns can be modified. - GTA V was the first game Rockstar ever released in full colour. - Despite being called the Maze Bank tower, the building has no mazes. - In GTA Online, if you buy the Weevil, apply the surfboard roof rack and a tie dye paint job and select a musical horn, then drive the car to the sewer system underneath the Casino between 3 and 4 am, then crash into the north wall, you'll look very silly.
The cops dropping the doughnuts could also be a reference to the 1996 film, Con Air. In that movie 2 cops on motorcycles chase a stolen firetruck. A doughnut falls on the ground when you see them start chasing it.
But referring to the mount chiliad mistery, there's now a new easter egg in one of the "heists" of the scrapyard, the one where you go to steal a car from a ship and you gotta open the containers to find the car, you can find inside one of them a box with the eye painted on it
In the setup mission for the Humane raid labs, you steal a hydra from a military boat, and when you blow up all the other jets chasing you, it forces your radio station to “Los santos Rock Radio” and plays “Danger zone” from Top gun

There are so many references to the 3D era GTA games in GTA IV, V and Online that I am convinced this is a GTA multiverse where everything that happens in one universe does happen in the other one, it's just the maps that are different.

He was mad because he only got paid $100,000 for that role and the game itself made like $300 million. So Nikko’s voice actor did not return for the DLC’s that they had with the ballot of Gay Tony or The Lost and Damned. They actually had to reuse lines that they already had recorded because he wouldn’t return.
