His YAC was great in college and he’s proving it translates to the league, but his hands and catch radius are the best part of his game. If he gets more targets it’ll be very noticeable
If he was given more chances we would all see that we traded for a WR for no reason and should have gotten help on the dline instead, every time he gets a chance he makes plays
He deserve more looks/targets. Id like to see us with Bate Flowers DJ and Tylan next season but I haven't seen what DJ can do either in this offense like with Aghlor reps or something hed be great to have in case of an injury and to have as a 3rd wr
More of him on the field because it still allows the Ravens passing and running game to operate at a high level, even if Zay or Rashod sit down for a play or two. I can see a play where out of center, Wallace, Johnson, Nelly, and Likely lineup for a run, it's actually play action, and either one of those targets get enough separation to catch pass and run for extra yards. As an aside, how great is it the Ravens finally have more talent than time for their receivers?
He needs more reps. There are a couple of guys ahead of him with more prototypical size, and better draft pedigree, but inconsistent hands. I would definitely give him some reps at WR3 and see if he can take the job and run with it.
We have a lot of options. I think Tylan has a great fee for zone. That being said it’s hard to take from the guys in front of him even though Nelly’s hands can be questionable at times
Deserves more reps but only on heavy pass situations. Ravens have more talent at WR and other positions that would have to come off. I wouldn't mind him spelling some of the guys though.
In my eyes the only WR that has an iron grip on their position is Flowers. Agholor has been a solid contributor, but Wallace can get 25% of his snaps next week and I wouldn't bat an eye. Batemans highlights have been great, and he has contributed , but man his drops have been bad. If Wallace keeps showing consistent hands, and toughness, combined with some run after the catch, he can take reps from either of those guys.
@RoadGradersFB the film footage quality is not as good even though it's in a smaller window. Like when you're on a zoom call and the quality dips with more presenters.
Clearly the Ravens don’t trust him. He’s great with spectacular plays but can he be trusted with the mundane, ball security, running his routes on time and down field blocking. It’s cool to make highlight plays but can he be trusted down in down out.
@@williamalexander9485thats because he’s not viewed as explosive as the other guys or as talented. They trust him to block and do the dirty work but you have to find targets for a guy like that and it’s hard to when there are better weapons. His lack of targets or snaps isn’t an indictment of him but a nod to the talent in front of him. Tyler is sure handed, physical and a good teammate. Every guy can’t have 6 targets a game.
@@williamalexander9485He was never going to play in a Greg Roman offense not with Bateman and whatever other Vets we had and he definitely wasn't getting opportunities over Bateman and Flowers in Munkins O...plus they Paid money to Agholor...I don't think it's that they don't trust him. Gotta get chemistry with Lamar and have to have opportunities. Two sided thing
@ He’s not more explosive than Bateman and Agholor😆you’re kidding right. To be taken seriously as a wide receiver job 1 is route running and catching. They’ve seen him in practice for 4 years and brought in washed OBJ always injured Sammy Watkins and Demacus Robinson. It’s definitely an indictment of him and his growth at the position
I've wanted to see more of him since the punt return vs Rams last year.
He stays on his feet! He stays in bounds! He takes it all the way! There are no flags on the play !

Wallace is a all purpose player. The combo block in the ot versus the Bengals (Ricard , Wallace) springing King Henry for 51yards was a beauty.

He's the unsung hero of the team.
He is the most sure handed receiver on the team. Definitely should vie for the 4th spot behind DJ!
Haha tiger king! Love this series! If it wasn’t tylan I think #2 was Washington filling in for KH
Tylan should be our #3. He’s a chain mover ,with sure hands. His been that way since OSU. I think he broke Dez Bryant records at OSU.

One thing Tylan never does? Drops a catch. On days when the whole offense gets a case of the whoopsies I'd like to see him get a lot more looks.

I would ask him if he has any interest in playing safety 😊
Hey man, the video quality is really bad with the split screen format here.
Like the video itself that I was sharing?

@ thanks for flagging man! Going to screw around with some settings
@RoadGradersFB you're welcome. Love your videos, man. You're doing great work.
Johnson complicates things for sure

There is nothing on tape that indicates a problem in any of the areas you mentioned, he has no drops, no fumbles, makes blocks, and gets open.
@ Well Tylan has been on the team for 4 years and has 12 receptions and 1 touchdown, that’s not for nothing.
