Your video is short and brief. Good.
Typically this doesnt last long. Maybe 2 weeks tops. The paint will crack and it will start to fade due to the oils that are naturally inside of the rubber of the tire. Dont waste ur time with all this and the prep, I've been there.
Just go out and buy actually rubber tire letter decals.
I get your point, it gets yellowish after a while and you have to do it again and it's fastidious, but decals are way too expensive man, unless you know some cheap ones, in that case please let me know.
How do they work if the there is already black raised rubbering??

This shit is whack! How long this "company" that has a warning on thier website your information can be stolen been around? I did that shit to my 85 C-10 back in 2001. I had white tires and I wanted a new look, so I went to a craft store and bought a yellow "Paint Pen" and painted the letters. I shit you not, I turned heads. I have a newer Chevy I still do that too. So that gives me 18yrs of doing that. I could tell you whatever to make them last. And yeah, you do need to lay down on a mat or something because itll take you maybe a hour and a half. And it gets uncomfortable but the pay off to see people stare at you is priceless. And dont use a wire brush! Just use a abrasive sponge. And dont use tire shine right after, tight corners have undried paint and tire shine is a type of lubricant. Itll just mix in with the paint and wont last as long and will make over spray on your fenders when you drive off

@@SeGaSaTuRn1994 i know this is 2 years old, but i just had to comment. seems like youve never been to germany. they forbid a lot of thinks where on would think "why tf is that even illegal" so his question is definetely NOT stupid. germany would prolly say "it could distract other drivers and is therefore dangerous" as they usually say when it comes to having something cool on a vehicle. his question is definetely not stupid. just because the us doesnt care about stuff like this, doesnt mean the whole world works like that.
