Wow that’s awesome a YIN energy ginseng that’s pretty rare! I suffer from yin deficiency false fire due to years of chronic stress and depression and years of marijuana use and drinking. All of those habits deplete the yin essence. I would always go for the yang herbs thinking it’ll recharge my deep foundational energy but always just made me feel worse now I realize that a yin herb like this one is what will help heal me back up 🙏🏼🙌🏼💪🏼⚡️
So elaborate discription! So nice presentation! Complete conception about jinseng!! confusion gone!!.God bless you! Lovefrom India! please name some high quality products available in India!
Chinese and Korean ginseng can be "hot" so I prefer American ginseng because it is more "yin". When I have taken the more yang Asian ginseng I'll take yin herbs like goji and/or schizandra to balance the effect. Also, I find the fermented Asian ginseng to be more potent and bio-available and when taken with other yin herbs, is even more effective as an energizer and health tonic.
It also grew in the Eastern shore of Maryland where it was harvested to near eradication. Unfortunately the massive American ginseng trade was one of the catalysts that brought colonial profiteers to every corner of my people's lands to squat and harvest without any authorization from those who lived there in those places.
Regardless of whether your statement is true or not.. is Canada not in North AMERICA... it's not called the United States of America Ginseng. Just American Ginseng maybe to denote the continent it was found on.
Haha I have that exact same cup same pattern and color but it is taller and it has a matching lid and I got it for only $4 in the Koreatown section of Dallas inPlano on Legacy Drive at the Jusgo supermarket... they had some lovely chinaware at very reasonable prices. And in that building one or two stores down is an import shop that sells all kinds of Statuary vases chinaware and gifts... they had some lovely beautiful bowls with designs on them that had matching lids and there is for also only about $5 and I got a few from me and gave them as gifts.. Years ago when I was in college and very sick with viral hepatitis B And I was at the hospital for a follow-up... the doctor couldn't figure out why I seem so healthy for someone with hepatitis and I told them I had been taking ginseng everyday that I bought in Chinatown and he and other doctors and interns were writing this down. Even though I had bought the liquid ginseng in the little vials I also had bought the pure ginseng root that they soak in something to make it hard and I would cut off little pieces of that and just suck on it like hard candy until there was nothing but pulp left. Sometimes a little while later I would feel a room warm spot on a certain part of my body almost as if there was a heating pad against it so I know the ginseng was doing something at least for my circulation.. if nothing else. But I believe ginseng really is a powerful healer... I used to spend a lot of time in the woods and yet I have never been able to figure out how to find it in the woods though... and wish I could
What is Dai Wang? I always see Dai Wang Ginseng listed as a Korean Ginseng but I don't know whether it's Red or not. Is it Korean Red Ginseng or it's own type of Korean Ginseng? Thanks.
Great video you really covered all of the bases on Ginseng. I've got a bunch of videos about Ginseng on my channel too if anyone wants to check them out.
We personally only use tinctures of ginseng and use 2 droppers per day in two separate doses. Check for links in our description box, Dragon Herbs is the best by far...
Not one of those roots look like wild ginseng. I just dug a twenty year old root that looked like a wrinkled little finger. These big parsnips are only about four years old and are usually grown with all kinds of herbasides , fungiside , and pestisides ( for slugs). That's why the wild , woodsgrown , and simulated wild cost more. More concentrated medicine and healthier. That's why it cost more and is wayyyyy better for you. That's why ( asians) pay more for it , and rightly so.

I use Siberian Ginseng but I can still benefit from knowing about Asian and American Ginseng too.
Hi, do you feel the affects of Siberian ginseng? When I supplemented with it I just didn't feel any different.
Ginseng is one of those incredible plants on earth ! 👍💪💖
could you offer me advice on dosage for 1 gallon of red ginseng tea? How much ginseng should I use?
Thanks....back to roots!

I think panex ginseng should be combined with rhodiola as it is stimulatory in nature?????
American ginseng, ginkgo biloba, and pine pollen sounds like a good combination. Does it come mixed in a tincture anywhere?
Very easy to do yourself
Wild ginseng, the potential.creative drive physical strength...
I would really like to know, should I purchase a powder form, or an extract? Thank you.
I recommend to use a organic tincture... Works great, combined with ginkgo biloba ;)
Kevin Christ I only have the option of the two my friend. I was curious as to which one was better :).

And Siberian Ginseng??
It's coming at a later date!
Can i make it in a oil
We would use alcohol for a minimum of two weeks, longer would be better and grind down the herb well before infusing.

how can i make an extract ?
Boil the roots then boil the liquid down.
I see so many scientific studies on various herbs and nutrients, yet in reality, nobody ever feels these benefits.
That's why I prefer bro science.
Take higher doses and saturate yourself in the beginning, that's all you need to know...
