the ingenious hunter question was actually pretty good. because knowing riot, they might have just solved the stacking of the rod of ages with an internal item cooldown thats constantly running and automatically giving a stack every time it completes. so item haste could possibly charge it faster by cutting that cooldown lower.
Item haste reduces the cooldowns of items with cooldowns, including passives and actives (trinkets count as active items). It stacks additively with ability haste for the cooldowns of items that scale with the stat. However stating this I highly doubt that it would work like that the item would scale way to hard way to fast. And we know right they like to nerf all that into the ground.
@@blindknight6623 you underestimate programmer lazyness. garens e attack speed scaling is literally just a copy paste of kaisas e evolve mechanic in what sources of attack speed the ability recognizes. the rioter working on it back then said so himself. and just because the item cooldown isnt displayed on rod of ages, doesnt mean the stacks arent working on the same cooldown mechanic as every other item. infact i wouldnt be surprised if they just copy pasted the stack mechanic from tear of the godess with some minor changes like the stacks additionally giving health, and automatically adding a stack every time the cooldown completes instead of requiring spell casts. but this internal cooldown for the rod of ages stacks might still be affected by item haste if they didnt think about it or put in the effort of preventing that interaction.
He bought the Item at 8:40, it should have finished at 18:40 but actually only finished at 19:28 only when he got revived, so it seems a bit off. It doesnt seem to be the case that death timers dont stack the item, because he was dead for 59s inbetween. My guess would be, that it doesnt level you up during a fight? Also shadow realm didnt update Vis health display

Yeah the movement stopping on Skarner feels really bad and maybe a bit more shielding on his w but other than that he feels like a super solid champ. His dives are quite brutal as well. Like a Sett dive with his R but instead you have it as a basic ability. You walk under tower with a wave and E a champ out of tower range and then slam them into the nearest wall. You don’t even get shot at by the tower since you get out so fast. HE’S COMING FROM THE WALLS! lol

you need more xp for each subsequent level so the 90% to 85% is supposed to happen… because if you had 1200/1500 to level 13 he was then 1200/1600 for level 14
And the ROA went up exactly on the xx:25 each minute for the game timer, regardless of ultimate hunter stacks… so its just because you used the TH-cam timer… most likely the timer on the game is a little slow which is why it seemed longer, not unexpected for variations like this because something lag can cause desync from game timer to real time
