It's amazing how the Bee Gees can make a song about heartache that makes you feel so good!! BTW, that chorus wasn't just Robin and Mo - it was 18 tracks of Barry singing as well. Their sound engineer told the story. Said that all 18 tracks had every note, breath, and beat in perfect harmony & timimg - no mistakes! Incredible talent.

Love your reaction. You described The Bee Gees to a “T”. I’m in my late 60’s and have followed them all my life, my best group. The younger generation needs introduced to music like this. Great singers, song writers, and adjusted well with the decades. No auto-tune either. Too Much Heaven, Fanny, To Love Somebody, Words, Massachusetts, I Started A Joke, Staying Alive just to name a few. Never a bad song, the music and lyrics hit your heart and soul. Keep listening!

I'm with you Brother. I was in my 20's in the 70;s and I didn't appreciate who they were and what they did until recently in my 60's. I thought that they were disco singers but they are so much more. Disco is the least of what they did.

I have rediscovered The Bee Gees in my 60s also. I’m obsessed now listening to every song I can find. Love the music they made after unfairly getting caught up in the anti disco era. Their later work is awesome! I get sad though because we have lost the brothers and I feel for Barry. By the way my fav brother at the moment is Maurice. His live performance of Closer than Close is so beautiful and sexy.
