    I remember watching this on tv on saturdays about 10 or 15 years ago. It’s a shame she passed away it really was a loss to the offf road and racing world she was a very talented fabricator and racer

    Other thing I was working on No 1 got w/ a whisk. They don't break, & can b machine high speed under load turned. Instead of machine key on 1 end of small football whisk u hve ball joint end. If it comes to pnt great or if round disk mount cool too. Around rear tight space if trying u use sway bar & brake lines. It has potential to spin free, & hve bike type rim strength for tiny wt(something here).

    I had an out ring soft teeth steel just for indexing if u got a little push pull effect out of normal seat length. The teeth on new rear end would b digital tight fight & normal fit thousandth of an inch diff. It is designed to wear like clutch & u will know long b4 hving problems when all the ring teeth r basically loose stock. Less at the limit power but longer life, & at the limit performance. Also should help cool hving a tight teeth & normal teeth 1& zero digital rear end. So easier break in time when new, ie race day.

    They need to make a 100 amp alternator that has 2nd setting 200 amp mode. W/2 battery set-up( not using free magnetic free power no load set up) u can quiclkly charge up 2 batteries & lithium doesn't like heat cold or over charging. If running solar too the load needed on alternator is much less but still 200 amp if running towing or hybrid system. Fix short of free power after battery start is to hve a 2 amp output alternator. Most of the time 100 amp is fine esp if hybrid full charged driving battery plugged in over night already. If parked or heavy towing or overlanding or at elev the alternator could b switched to 200 amp mode w/controler or just check volt gauge & hybrid system charge & pick right mode.

    Then I came up w/Cpin instead of straight pin threw hymm joint. A it gives u flex on same mounting pnt & flex is good thang when max flex thru diff geometry. U can pin it where u want it to travel along the C pin, & by not binding it is less likely to break like your joint did. I figurde on wanted least amount of stress at max ish flex & if under just minor load stress normal driving normal raised ht & tall tires + Cjoint slight movement at mount pnts thru travel, about as good as u could get w/out hving Y hymm joints every mount pnt(short & long so 1 is under load while other is low load).

    Other idea goes to rear end longevity esp crawling or extreme loading. U hve a clock pin system mounting pnt at the rear housing. Basketball back rim & shack, can break pin not whole back board. Each time u go out wheeling or every other fill up under load, u turn clock ahead 1 hr, so it takes out any uneven seat wear by seating all the way around 12 hrs over time. Shag break pin means if it binds it only breaks pin not whole rear end.

    Speaking of turning. I came up w/ hving drive shaft w/U joint like hand hve thumb double joint pnts minor pnt. Main pnt is each "U joint" turns shaft 1/4 turn, so after 4 joints it goes around 1 time . WHY? to cut down on loss from engine to tire loss, but need dyno to prove my pnt. Stock mustang old drive shaft vs bal full turn drive shaft banking some of power b4 rear. Whether it has 5 finger/hand type "U joints" 2 connection at thumb is diff deal.

    If the 2 in 1 giant torsen housing had way to join back power between 2 sides but most of the time was all right & all left 1 rear per tire u would hve a super strength rear.

    The other advantage of 2 gas tanks is not hving to put it in bad spot. A kid was burned up when a Cherokee got rear ended "placement issue newer 15' I think model yr.

    Oil & water don't mix well so may b able to use something like this as the dry lube water based paint top side lube unltra zero wt & oil based paint bottom normal cheap stuff.

    The baja buggy builds were running the exhaust into the tube framing to get out of engine & some where else away from driver window netting breathing.

    They make an X-mas light tool that helps u find what bulb on the strand is out by just waving it near the wire run.

    MeI would hve 2 alternator out put system like hving 2 batteries. U can run 1 alternator or 2 as needed by demand & get best feature of hving redundant system. No dead battery & no dead alternator leaving u stranded vs just 1. + 1/2 as expensive to replace/repair only tossing 1 the broken 1.

      Same deal as running 2 gas tanks. If pump goes out less fuel dead wt , easier to find spot underneath bc smaller tanks vs 1 & u can put mid grade 89 octane in 1 & 93,94 or 95 octane in 2nd tank(GOD doing away w/87 & raising high octane fuel so worth the money at big oils expense suck it JBM).

    I been playing w/ double torsen 1 per side idea but hve not worked it out yet. Whether 1 big housing 2 diff boxes or 2 drive shafts, not sure yet but I love the torsen set u.

    I want 7 quart oil pan or better yet 5 oil pane & 2 top side(1 per value cover) to cut down on dry start stop start button where. The synthetics should make 10k per change a no brainer. If the oil drain backs on value train let the 5 quarts circulate but some how kept on dry lube top side oil not drain back but instead stay 2nd filtr circulating topside? Or something to that effect.

    Working on double frame rail idea. Bc factory sucks esp hard core rocking baja & towing & make fabing up easier. But the real reason is body & flex & front vs rear plant & flex on a budget. I Am God can throw any damn thing at ppl's car jeep/truck I want, except batman jet engine. By hving the rear connect to 1 frame rail & hving front connect to other frame rail I hve already done something. What if 1 side was 1 frame rail & other side was opposite frame rail. Not sure & body not truly bolted to either fixed. Unimog type stuff, again nt sure spite balling. But will b doubling up the Gladiator frame for strength 2 rails per side whether or not can figure out the 2 rail geometry thang.

    Why r swamp buggie rims smooth seem u could hve fins on sides that were rubber & flexed so won't mess w/ mud or tire rolling but will help paddle in water & kicked up sprayed water.

    these computer control drive by wire throttle body systems need an emergency dimmer slide lever over ride. These new cars go into limp mood very easily & at worst time like Explorer on hwy not ideal. U need an emergency dimmer cable over ride wire for throttle body so u or some1 doesn't get killed & the public has to b educated about the issue. Way to get off road or somewhere over riding computer tyranny.
