In Jesus name, amen! It is always good to be reminded of forgiveness. In a world that is turning away from and scoffing at forgiveness. A word like this helps to recalibrate our hearts to tenderness and move back into step with the Love of Christ. Thank you Pastor Durbin. Thank you Lord for your work in and through him. 🙏🏼

    Praise God for Pastor Jeff!
I am truly grateful and blessed to hear God’s Word in this context. The hermeneutics are like a beautifully orchestrated symphony.

Sometimes, people just need a knuckle sandwich. Good way to teach a lesson when words can not get to the heart or de-escalate the situation, and it lets out all that targeted rage.
I also agree with everything Pastor Jeff said.

What do you do if a member of your church refuses to acknowledge their undeniable wrong and inexcusable hurt towards another, but the leadership brushes it under a rug? What do you do if the person in the wrong continues to slander the other, causing more hurt towards the other, and the leadership continues to do nothing? …..sorry for the very wordy question.

The church leadership is to confront the situation and admonition should take place for those that deserve to be admonished.

      Read Matthew 18
Start at verse 15 and continue to the end.
Scripture is very clear on how to handle the situation you’re dealing with.

So forgiveness is paid for regardless of the other persons response. But reconciliation doesn't happen unless there is repentance. Is that right? And unrepentant sin still is held accountable, correct?

Forgiveness towards others isn't my problem... I've sinned so greatly against God, I've yet to have peace in my own life, towards myself....

F word fiber is like forgiveness. Mr. Collins, the point is Jeff Durbin is standing for Calvanism, and of course it is sad, that we are called by others foolish with no pity according to the 66 books. But woah to those whom say romantic things like, " Oh, woah art thou for you have forgiveness yourself? Nay, may those that forsake Jesus Christ be damned, I am Paul I do not practice sex, like Jesus for I am single in The Lord, and I did not hi-jack Jesus Christ religion of Christianity." I know Protestants and Roman Catholics are not perfect people either, but if you read Hebrews you'll see John ch. 10 and back to Bob that wrote Hebrews and Jeff Durbin's routes, and if you're saying you've forgiven yourself? If so then know Jesus Christ. ❤

So, i do understand what Ya mean there. We were just having this talk in Men's Leadership and I have to say that We should agree with GOD, Amen. But, where in GOD'S Word do You see that Peace or True Peace comes from [or even just after] Forgiving Yourself? Steven, because i want You to Know how much i care, i will tell You some of what i told Them; "i hate myself, truly; i am genuinely discusted with me." Now, that said, hear me here, i am a paralyzed ARMY Veteran who suffers everyday in severe pain, my ptsd is off the charts nad rn (that's why I'm awake writing You; Hallel-YaHWeH), and ..some things that are Worse, and i really do have True PEACE. This Peace is first and foremost Peace with HOD, which then flows forth a Fount of Awesome Troves, like inner peace, no matter what. Remember, lean Not on your own understanding, but _______! May GOD Bless and Keep You, ..also with with Ephesians 6 (which you should read concerning what Ya wrote.

Yo man, I know it’s hard, but remember, if you have repented of your sins (turned from your sins and trusted in Jesus as Lord & Savior; that you’ve decided to go HIS way), you are not looking at your identity as a dead zombie anymore full of your past sin, your looking at yourself IN Christ Jesus; being recognized and forgiven,” for to live is Christ and to die is gain”. You are dead to yourself now and alive in Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:21)
