Blink Doorbell Two-Way Audio Not Working: How to Fix

so im having an issue where after 5-30 seconds the visitor voice mutes but they can hear me all the time, it only enables when there is loud noises as if the door bell is detecting the voice as background noise, any ideas? my strength and modular are full bars too, also its brand new too
