Hello, I have a question, do you know how to enable motion detection in this camera when it is permanently connected to the power supply? I would like to record only when someone enters the room. Because now when I connect it to power it immediately starts recording in 5 minutes movies. Thank you for your help.
Yesterday I bought it and on my bike...After a little trip I came home in video folder there was a lot of avi files and only the first one work a little (yes I copied files to desktop). Strange thing is every avi file was 5 min long. Why it isn't playback I've tried different programs and codecs....

sorry, it cannot auto turn on, It can only be operated manually,it only supports recording while charging,can be use a long time.But if you need a camera in the car, please use a professional drive recorder, because car DVR is So improtant, you know
@@midzoo1406 Not true, I use it as a rear cam. When I start my car, it gives power to the cam, it automatically records 720p mode in loop. No problem with that.

dear, do you mean you cant use video on your chrome book? chrome book is a new OS, it may not support. if you want the video data, you can use tf card to get it.

yes, every clips is 5 min long.make sure your tf card is good .you could try other tf card.
