I agree with your tips regarding those who are baffled on what track best suits when opting to take Architecture in college. And yes, it really depends on what skill-set you opt to improve on. Both tracks will prepare you for higher education anyways. But it truly depends on the programme your high school offers. I am also a graduate of A&D (2nd batch) who proceeded to go to Architecture school after. Regarding my personal experience, the university to which I am currently enrolled in acknowledged that STEM would be preferable to take as it would give you a relatively good headstart with the fundamental mathematical and scientific aspects of the course/programme. But in actuality when you're in architecture school, whether from STEM or AD, patas lang. You will all acquire and improve on the necessary skills your future career requires as you go through the process.
I'm grade 10 and will later on move to senior high,, I've considered arts and design because I really like drawing and interested in learning animations, but will it be worth it? I really wish to make a living out of this when I grow up but I'm not sure how.

Hii! Ang alam ko may fashion design track ang iAcademy for shs. Pero okay lang din naman kung regular na arts and design track kunin mo it will still be helpful in building your foundation for college.
i used to be scared w using paints too. but i tried it and it's actually fun, though there are times that it's frustrating. i always thought that using it was so hard and for professional only or smth but i got over it lol. u should try it! ofc it takes a lot of practice. but if you do take a&d, you'd probably have no choice but to learn using it.

There's nothing wrong with being a GAS/STEM student ?? if ever I take those strand in my senior years. As much as I want to study Arts & Design strand I don't think I am ready to move on to another school because my school atm really means the most to me. Plus, parents. But I've seen some interior design students and their strand is not related to each other but it's nothing wrong about it but I'm just nervous because I'm a grade 10 student. I guess during my 2 years I should just search and research to enhance more of my art skills. Being a grade 10 student requires decision makings hays :(

Also animating can earn a lot especially if you will b assigned in a foreign country the pay is quite big

If you want to take AB Comm, HUMSS could also be an option. You should also consider film courses check UP and Benilde.
