I was at that Penn State game back in the day as a 12 year old kid. What I remember most was the extreme jubilation of the first quarter, followed by being extremely cold the rest of the game. It was like a living nightmare 😂

I am pretty sure I was there too about that same age. Just remember being so shocked that we lost that game.

The atmosphere at this game was awesome! That being said I had to wonder did we maybe spend time on the off week looking ahead at Michigan. I know it was made to seem like we were all in on Purdue but watching the game in person it felt like maybe we spent a considerable time last week looking ahead to prepare for Michigan because Purdue looked to be so bad

I am wondering why isn't Leman a defensive coordinator for Illinois?

If we play two defensive linemen against Michigan, as we did against Purdue ( not for all snaps, but for many), Michigan will be running all over us. We need to put three on the line plus the two edge rushers with Rosiek and Bailey in the box within 4 yards of the line of scrimmage.

Game Saturday was a joke in the second half.... dline and oline are the biggest joke on the whole team. Defensive back field wasn't wrapping up on tackles and are just slow. Coach needs better more talented players coming in from recruiting not through portal.

A spade is a spade point blank. How inn the macaroni & cheese, any qb can run the same play the entire game rpo QB keep. Not stop it? Defensively! Either that was intentionally allowed all those yds or Coach B& Coord drop the ball big time. Unacceptable at the end of the day.
