  • Making pizza dough might sound like a big deal to make at home but once you do, it will be hard going back.
    Imagine walking down the narrow streets of Naples; you pass by an open small window, and the smell of freshly made dough awakens your taste buds. You peek through and discover a man cutting and weighing dough. You decide to walk in and order a Neapolitan pizza. It takes about 5 minutes, and you receive a beautiful pizza with an airy, crusty pastry perfectly balanced in color and taste. The smell of freshly baked dough, the fresh basil leaves, and the warmth of the mozzarella fills you with comfort.

    Let's begin,
    Tips:
    - You may use “00” flour/bread flour instead of all-purpose flour.
    - If you like a rich flavored dough, you can make it a day in advance and let it rise in the fridge overnight (Use cold water and a suitable container so the dough will have enough room to rise). The second rise will be at room temperature.
    - To create a cheese-crushed edge, fill the edges of your pizza dough with mozzarella cheese before baking.
    - I used 250g of flour in the video to make two 25cm pizzas.
