LUXEMBOURG Christmas Markets 2022 [Ep. 87]

Luxembourg City is beautiful at any time of year, but more so at Christmas. They have a number of markets in the centre and outskirts. The one in the centre is more about the lights and food. Then there’s one overlooking the valley which is more like a theme park. Then there’s a cosy one further towards the train station which has an intimate central area for eating and drinking.
It really is stunning walking through the city, over the bridges, past the grand old buildings, and seeing Christmas trees and lights all over the place.
The kids enjoyed lots of different foods, with a real mix of French and German foods. Luxembourg is definitely worth a visit at Christmas, especially being so central to France, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands.
We also drove through Bastogne and the Ardennes on the way home.
