@@Nordy_Explorer da bin ich gerade sehr froh. Folgende Situation. MK3 1,8 74kw, DVL Getriebe. Fahrstufe D, 1,2,3 lassen sich kraftübertragend einlegen. Fahrstufe R treibt die Räder aber nur im angehobenen Zustand an. Steht der Wagen auf dem Boden sind vllt 50cm mit wenig Kraftübertragung möglich danach verhält es sich wie auf Stellung N. Öl ist neu und Menge bei 40 Grad geprüft. Ich möchte den Wagen sehr ungern auf Schaltung umbauen da er aus 1 Hand ist und erst 70k drauf hat.
@@marcschildener7026 Moin hast du dein problem lösen können? bei mir ist auch der R wie ein Neutral gang, vermute die scheiben sind durchgebrannt

Hi, vorab: Sehr gutes und anschauliches Video und ich habe auch noch eine Frage. Ich baue mein CFF am Wochenende auch aus, habe auch ein Austauschgetriebe da. Wieviele Dichtungen müssen da neu, wenn ich dazu noch den Wandler tausche? Hat der eine Dichtung?

Die ziet ist gekommen und ich muss meine o1m getriebe auseinandernehmen. Der reverse drum muss reperiert werden.
Leider kann ich keine manul finden wie sollte ich vorgehen.
Has du paar tips?

Welche ist der reverse drum, brauche ich dichtungen tauschen nach dem aufmachen?

100 euro spater ist es jetzt ein handgeschaltenes auto haha

Hi, thanks for the video. I have a VW Bora with 01M trans. It started leaking oil from the torque converter seal. This seal was changed but the car only ran for about one hour and would not move forward on D,3,2,1 modes as well as reverse.i scanned the car car and no fault codes on the TCM. I have ordered new clutch packs from Alibaba(they were willing to ship to me unlike other online stores). Like u mentioned, I got tired of buying used trans. So I have decided to do it myself. Is there anything that may have caused the car to stop moving forward and reverse before I take off the trans? Earlier, I took off the solenoid connector and I could get some fault code on the TCM, which suggests the valve body is good(I am open to learn more). Do I need to take off the valve body before doing the rebuild? Are there other parts I need to order apart from the clutch packs? Pls send me the manual you used to rebuild yours. Thank you. Cheers.
Hi, actually I had no manuel. Just had the drawing, which I found somewhere online.
So everything was fine in your case except the leeking oil? Then you changed the big round seal (8:16 in the video). After that you couldn't move the car any more?
Yes, that is correct.
If nothing else is changed inside and you didn't touch any other screw, I suggest you filled in weather the wrong oil or the wrong amount of oil.
Filled I in 5 liters of ATF. The car moved for one hours and stopped completely. I raised the front Tyres up and engaged it on D,3,2,1 and R , no spinning of the Tyres. I drained the oil one more time, open the oil pan, the oil looked very clean without any dirt inside. What else can I do before I remove the gearbox?
not sure anymore if 5 liters are right. You have to fill in the correct way. The engin has to run while filling in. If oil comes out of the screw, you have filled in enough oil. You also have to find out if you used the correct ATF.
Meu amigo ,eu de tanto assistir aos seus vídeos tenho pra mim a convicção q o mecânico q faz manifestação no meu deve ter feito meia boca ,errado nos detalhes ou se aproveitou de não trocar peças q qd levei o carro para reparos por esta dando pequenos trancos, acertamos de reparar todo cambio q fixou em R$10 mil e paguei a vista .agirá depois de 2 meses o cambio deu uma platinada, barulho e não engata mais marcha .
O que será q esse cara fez com 10 mil reias ?
Meu BO agora é a garantia q já começou a briga de ter que eu pagar guincho pra levar o carro até a oficina
Se fosse mais perto mandaria pra vc reparar

Um mein A4G Getriebe...
Wenn du die Ölpumpe abnimmst, folgt als nächstes ja das erste Kupplungspaket.
Zwischen Ölpumpe und Paket sehe ich bei dir eine Federscheibe.
Bei mir ist es etwas anders zwischen Ölpumpe und Kupplungspaket.
Dort sind 2 Scheiben (dürften die Einstellscheiben sein), und noch ein Bauteil was den gleichen Durchmesser wie die Einstellscheiben hat, aber ca 10mm stark/dick ist.
Jetzt weiß ich die Reihenfolge nichtmehr... -.-
Achja, hast du die Kupplungskolben auch getauscht?
Habe neue da, grad die alten ausgebaut.. flog alles durch die Garage.. muss die neuen unter einer Presse wieder einsetzen... ^^
