I've done it both ways. Sometimes as you go through there website you may not be able to finish the booking if they know your on a cruise ship. But you will be on the same ferry over to island as the other people usually. Good luck you will have a great time there. 🛳🛳🛳🛳

Are the food and drinks like coco cay? Like if you have the drink package aboard freedom of the seas.
Blue lagoon is not a private island owned by cruise ship. You pay for drinks. Usually you get lunch with it depends what excursion is booked.
