    All you need is :
    - 1 cup Besan
    - 1 cup Dahi
    - 2 cups water
    - Salt to taste
    - 1 tsp turmeric powder
    - 1 tsp fresh green chilli-Ginger paste
    For tadka :
    - 2 tsp oil
    - 1 tsp rai (mustard seeds)
    - 1 tsp til (white sesame seeds)
    - 1/2 tsp hing (asafoetida)
    - 4-5 fresh curry leaves
    - 1 slit green chilli
    More :
    Some freshly grated coconut (optional) and fresh coriander leaves to garnish.
    Tips :
    - The batter needs to be very thin. Sieve and cook in a non stick pan on a LOW flame.
    - You have to KEEP STIRRING constantly and check if Khandvi is done as shown.
    - You have to spread it immediately once done and not let it cool before spreading.
