  • Everyone needs to hinge well and keep the back of the hip open. Glutes that can't lengthen are glutes that will not propel us forward running. Get really good at getting into that stretch across the back pocket.
    It's important to move in all directions even if running is linear. Exercises like the side lying hip car and continuous hip shift will help a ton to train the inner and outer thigh which is often neglected for runners.
