These criminals must must be made learn that action begets consequences. He stole on multiple occasions, not once, and he needs a stiff penalty to learn! He is a youth. Someone needs to take him on give him a job or opportunity to learn a trade.
He's an electrical engineering student. He stole my wires while he was on a break from school.
The court should have mandated that he should name his collaborators and work off the debt for the government and they can pay you directly.
