I’ve seen every lost tomb series and movie, this versions xiao ge and wuxie honestly has the best chemistry, and the most interactions. Both actors were amazing in their character. I’m so sad that this is over, never thought I would enjoy it as much as I did. I know that there are other adaptions coming out, but it’s just not gonna be the same 😭

It’s been a year but i still miss them. Ultimate Note’s Pingxie, Iron Triangle and Heihua have the best chemistry. It just makes me sad that some of the questions weren’t answered ( it was such a cliffhanger tbh😭 ). Hoping to have a S2 with the same casts🤞🏻

Late reply, but like he LC said, you don’t need to watch the previous series to watch UN. Sadly, LT and LT2’s production to me were unbearable. It was painfully slow and felt like the story just drags on, so I couldn’t even stand finishing the series. This on the other hand had better story flow.
The last episode was on air yesterday here. Ive always been happy and looking forward to see both of their scenes together. But as some are saying, the ending is a cliff hanger and per your excerpt from the book, the feeling turns sad, stunned and like thats the end??? with a lot of questions on my mind as to why Wu Xie didnt go after Xiao Ge, what happened to the team in the mountain. How i wish the author and director would collaborate n continue with the same casts again and come up with a 2nd season with no more cliff hanging ending. Special thanks ESJ. Es una lastima que terminara esta gran temporada, realmente me gusto mucho ya que en ella se descubrió parte del origen y pasado de Zhang qi ling, además de otros misterios respecto al equipo arqueológico, sin embargo, aun quedaron muchas dudas como ¿quién era realmente hombros caídos? por su tatuaje parece pertenecer al clan Zhang pero ¿por que parecía estar en contra de Zhang qi ling? ¿será por pertenecer a la otra parte del clan a la que perteneció Zhang qi shan? y ¿quién era el chico de la cinta que se parecía a Wu xie? solo parece ser alguien del equipo arqueológico de Chen wen jin pero es raro que se parezca mucho a Wu xie, también que paso con Chen wen jin ¿se quedara dentro del meteorito por 3,000 años? y ¿qué fue lo que Zhang qi ling vio dentro del meteorito como para haber perdido su memoria?, estas y otras dudas dejo esta temporada, espero que pronto realicen la temporada que sigue de Ultimate Note y se puedan resolver todas estas dudas, además algo que llamo mi atención fue lo que Pan ma le menciono a Wu xie sobre que debería alejarse de su amigo ya que uno terminaría causando la muerte del otro, creo que Pan ma lo dijo por la gran amistad y hermandad que existe entre Wu xie y Zhang qi ling el afecto que se tiene el uno al otro es muy grande que serian capaz de arriesgar su vida el uno por el otro, esto me recordó a cuando Zhang qi ling desapareció y que aparentemente lo dieron por muerto en Tomb of the sea donde Wu xie cambio y ya no era aquel chico ingenuo e inocente de antes, además de que por ello comenzó a fumar lo que causa su enfermedad terminal en Reunión, en conclusión Wu xie hubiera muerto por causa de Zhang qi ling de manera indirecta y con ello cumpliéndose lo que Pan ma dijo en Ultimate note, afortunadamente Wu xie logra salvarse.

I just can't get over the fact that when Wu Xie where going to pretend to be his uncle. The drama ended. And it's just like that. I just hope that atleast there's a season 2 of Ultimate Note. What happen to them when they enter the cave. And what would be the result for Wu Xie of pretending to be his uncle. Because on "Tomb Of The Sea" Zhang Qiling was not there. While in the "Lost Tomb: Reboot" they never explain on what happen at the past 10 years. On how does Zhang Qiling survive while Wu Xie thought he's already dead. How does the two reunited again.
Given Season 2 May never happen let me give you the tldr: season 2 would cover vol 8 of the books. WuXie & PangZi reunite with Zhang Qiling finding he is the only survivor in the tombs (Granny Hou and everyone all died). After Zhang Qiling is reunited with them in volume 8 of the books - WuXie finds, as part of the Mystic 9, he has to fulfil his duty of guarding the bronze gates in the ChangBai Mountains for 10 years. Zhang Qiling decides to do this for him, “ten years of my life for ten years of your innocence.” Zhang Qiling then hires Black Glasses to be WuXie’s mentor and teacher while he is away. And so roughly 10 years have gone by in Sand Sea but they do reunite afterwards. In the spin off Tibetan Sea Flowers WuXie goes off on a quest with PangZi to learn ZQL’s true origins. (Plans for a drama of that are in the works). Now, Xiao Ge is in Sand Sea in flashbacks and is mentioned by WuXie as he speaks about going to find him in the ChangBai Mountains. But again It is explained more in the book series (Grave Robber Chronicles and in the spin off books). In Reunion (Reboot), which is also spin off, set 10 years after Sand Sea, XiaoGe is back and chilling doing his own thing. You see the author has his own production company now and they have this weird habit of releasing things out of order, which is very confusing. But he and the drama makers assume the only people watching these dramas are the book fans so they tend to just not explain stuff. 😅

I start watching "The mystic nine" and come to "the lost Tomb" and "The lost tomb 2" then "Ultimate note" then it hoes to "tomb of the sea" wich ZQL only a memories to Wu Xie because at that time ZQL still lost. Then we have the "Reboot 1 and 2". Anyway, every season of this drama was awesome I just want to read it seriously. Ohh I even watch the one that Luhan plays the role as Wu Xie. Nope, there are female characters, but never romantic, just like sisters or friends. Weirdly in the books neither of them have any partners (not even XiaoGe which is odd). There is A’Ning, a tomb Raider/hired badass and she’s basically like WuXie’s cool sister in this (& she low key ships/enables these two so).

But it’s also implied by the drama and the author that WuXie didn’t feel the same. Because the PingXie fan base is so loud and dominate for 16-17 years the author just went with it. However, there are two awesome women WuXie was chilled & comfy with 1) A’Ning 2) In Sand Sea’s it’s Sun Nan but sadly they both died . WuXie was sad about it but when it came to believing XiaoGe had died the author wrote that WuXie couldn’t admit it because if he died his heart would stop beating. And the author also compared WuXie & XiaoGe to Romeo and Juliet. Because he knows the fandom. The PingXie fandom was so strong after Ultimate Note that Harper Bazaar gave WuXie and XiaoGe a “wedding” photoshoot...it’s purely fandom generated. Really important sidenote here: comments complaining about women existing in dramas, Lost Tomb or otherwise, in general as if they ruin everything don’t belong on this channel. Being that way does no service to the LGBTQ+ community if you actually truly support them.

And then we have the one based of a web novel/spin off called: Reboot the Sound of the Thunder aka Reunion The Sound Of The Providence Seasons 1 & 2. This takes place 10 years into the future, WuXie is 43 years old, he has a terminal illness and 3/4 months left to live, he only tells XiaoGe about it (yes, that is important ). He received a mysterious text message from his third uncle and thus begins his last grand adventure with PangZi & Zhang Qiling aka the Iron Triangle (for the most part).

Es una lastima que terminara esta gran temporada, realmente me gusto mucho ya que en ella se descubrió parte del origen y pasado de Zhang qi ling, además de otros misterios respecto al equipo arqueológico, sin embargo, aun quedaron muchas dudas como ¿quién era realmente hombros caídos? por su tatuaje parece pertenecer al clan Zhang pero ¿por que parecía estar en contra de Zhang qi ling? ¿será por pertenecer a la otra parte del clan a la que perteneció Zhang qi shan? y ¿quién era el chico de la cinta que se parecía a Wu xie? solo parece ser alguien del equipo arqueológico de Chen wen jin pero es raro que se parezca mucho a Wu xie, también que paso con Chen wen jin ¿se quedara dentro del meteorito por 3,000 años? y ¿qué fue lo que Zhang qi ling vio dentro del meteorito como para haber perdido su memoria?, estas y otras dudas dejo esta temporada, espero que pronto realicen la temporada que sigue de Ultimate Note y se puedan resolver todas estas dudas, además algo que llamo mi atención fue lo que Pan ma le menciono a Wu xie sobre que debería alejarse de su amigo ya que uno terminaría causando la muerte del otro, creo que Pan ma lo dijo por la gran amistad y hermandad que existe entre Wu xie y Zhang qi ling el afecto que se tiene el uno al otro es muy grande que serian capaz de arriesgar su vida el uno por el otro, esto me recordó a cuando Zhang qi ling desapareció y que aparentemente lo dieron por muerto en Tomb of the sea donde Wu xie cambio y ya no era aquel chico ingenuo e inocente de antes, además de que por ello comenzó a fumar lo que causa su enfermedad terminal en Reunión, en conclusión Wu xie hubiera muerto por causa de Zhang qi ling de manera indirecta y con ello cumpliéndose lo que Pan ma dijo en Ultimate note, afortunadamente Wu xie logra salvarse.

I just can't get over the fact that when Wu Xie where going to pretend to be his uncle. The drama ended. And it's just like that. I just hope that atleast there's a season 2 of Ultimate Note. What happen to them when they enter the cave. And what would be the result for Wu Xie of pretending to be his uncle. Because on "Tomb Of The Sea" Zhang Qiling was not there. While in the "Lost Tomb: Reboot" they never explain on what happen at the past 10 years. On how does Zhang Qiling survive while Wu Xie thought he's already dead. How does the two reunited again.
Given Season 2 May never happen let me give you the tldr: season 2 would cover vol 8 of the books. WuXie & PangZi reunite with Zhang Qiling finding he is the only survivor in the tombs (Granny Hou and everyone all died). After Zhang Qiling is reunited with them in volume 8 of the books - WuXie finds, as part of the Mystic 9, he has to fulfil his duty of guarding the bronze gates in the ChangBai Mountains for 10 years. Zhang Qiling decides to do this for him, “ten years of my life for ten years of your innocence.” Zhang Qiling then hires Black Glasses to be WuXie’s mentor and teacher while he is away. And so roughly 10 years have gone by in Sand Sea but they do reunite afterwards. In the spin off Tibetan Sea Flowers WuXie goes off on a quest with PangZi to learn ZQL’s true origins. (Plans for a drama of that are in the works).
Now, Xiao Ge is in Sand Sea in flashbacks and is mentioned by WuXie as he speaks about going to find him in the ChangBai Mountains. But again It is explained more in the book series (Grave Robber Chronicles and in the spin off books). In Reunion (Reboot), which is also spin off, set 10 years after Sand Sea, XiaoGe is back and chilling doing his own thing. You see the author has his own production company now and they have this weird habit of releasing things out of order, which is very confusing. But he and the drama makers assume the only people watching these dramas are the book fans so they tend to just not explain stuff. 😅

I start watching "The mystic nine" and come to "the lost Tomb" and "The lost tomb 2" then "Ultimate note" then it hoes to "tomb of the sea" wich ZQL only a memories to Wu Xie because at that time ZQL still lost. Then we have the "Reboot 1 and 2". Anyway, every season of this drama was awesome I just want to read it seriously. Ohh I even watch the one that Luhan plays the role as Wu Xie. And given the fact that those who play the role of ZQL was all handsome.

Nope, there are female characters, but never romantic, just like sisters or friends. Weirdly in the books neither of them have any partners (not even XiaoGe which is odd). There is A’Ning, a tomb Raider/hired badass and she’s basically like WuXie’s cool sister in this (& she low key ships/enables these two so).
@@EspressoSJ Isn't it kind of implied though that Wu Xie and A'Ning may kind of like each other but nothing comes of it? In the Lost Tomb 2 and a reference to her in the side story drama with Leo Wu?? ..I actually haven't finished it yet. 😅
@@breezymango4113In the books it’s not implied at all. In the spin off Reunion it was addressed that A’Ning was in love with WuXie. But it’s also implied by the drama and the author that WuXie didn’t feel the same. Because the PingXie fan base is so loud and dominate for 16-17 years the author just went with it.
However, there are two awesome women WuXie was chilled & comfy with 1) A’Ning 2) In Sand Sea’s it’s Sun Nan but sadly they both died . WuXie was sad about it but when it came to believing XiaoGe had died the author wrote that WuXie couldn’t admit it because if he died his heart would stop beating. And the author also compared WuXie & XiaoGe to Romeo and Juliet. Because he knows the fandom. The PingXie fandom was so strong after Ultimate Note that Harper Bazaar gave WuXie and XiaoGe a “wedding” photoshoot...it’s purely fandom generated.
Really important sidenote here: comments complaining about women existing in dramas, Lost Tomb or otherwise, in general as if they ruin everything don’t belong on this channel. Being that way does no service to the LGBTQ+ community if you actually truly support them.
