Only XiaoGe knew, because WuXie only told him - as soon as he gets his diagnosis from the doctors he calls him on the phone and tells him. (Season 1 episode 1). They keep it a secret between them and vow to do it until the very end, but Liu Sang, a character with gifted hearing finds out and reveals it to everyone as WuXie is coughing up blood (epi16 season 1). Briefly in the end of episode 15 & in 16 which is the last time we ever see him with WuXie. Then he’s taken away from him by WuXie’s uncle because he’s very rude 😂. I say to this avoid you wasting your time and being disappointed because this video doesn’t show you the full drama 😅 but he will be in Season 2 with him more though so idk maybe wait for that.
