see as always say that don't waste time for Chaips note as there is no meaning that the refusal reason is already given the refusal so just try to solve it and just reapply as soon as you can. that's what i can say rest it is your choice. wish you best of luck

I got second refusal and my agency insisting me to reapply again. I have canged my sop and put covering letter even the reason for rejection was the same that "you may not leave canada at the end of your stydies". I have applied for caips note. Project management is actually connected with this as you have experience in maths but what I see here is that you can choose CA , an account or any business course right.
Well now you just need to explain that you love to work as an project management, and explain your future plan that what you can do after graduation in this course in your home country so they will think that you will sure come back in your home country.
That's the main thing and the course connectivity is just a thing they say for this home country thing okay.

I got refusal for not getting enough English test score but my PTE scores meets both ircc and my collage for diploma and I got my caipsnotes to it's says u didn't get 59 so I didn't select you so is there any chance of getting visa in reappply .I reapplied my PTE overall 58 writing 56 listening 58 speaking 60 reading 61
Well I don't have enough information abut specific requirements of PTE but as you can not qualify for minimum requirements they will not approve as I know. So you have to improve your score .
brother plz can share from where you did your father's business valuation or any format for business valuation.
It is simple you just have to go to CA and ask that I want valuation report of my father's business, then he or she will ask for some financial documents you will give them and then you will get that valuations report. Hope it clarified your question.

Sir I'm from Sikkim and want to apply for jan 2024 intake. I'm making sure that I will get all the land properties evaluated before applying for visa. I will file for ITR for the last three years from my own accounts as I am a central govt pensioner. The only thing is that i have got no parents. I hope that won't affect my Visa.

Hey .....I have a query.....I loged my file on 25 March and got refusal on 16 June.....my profile is 12 non med in 2019 .. 75 percent ielts 6 each course computer system technician software support for gap justification I showed 2.5 year computer experience... Didn't show any funds only one year fee and GIC......
Reason of refusal is your purpose of visit is not consistent to your temporary stay
Now I reapplied on 21 june in same course and college with SOP but my agent don't show any funds this time as well....

Hi buddy, my concern is that I have a gap of 3 years between my 12th and college I did not do anything in those three years due to some family issues so will it affect my visa ppr? Btw I’ve completed my bachelors in Culinary arts. My ielts score is 7.5 and in each band it’s not less than 7.
It is just how you tell about this year in your sop so you need an agent help for that one, hope you get it

See to be honest it is not good to go for September as you know that it may take more time to get update no your file. So I think it is good to apply or deffer to jan 2022. But if you have already applied for September again then wait and hope for best may you get approval soon right. So hope for the best and good luck.

Well as per your file with the experience I thunk you go for good course which can give you more information and knowledge so try to find good one, second work on your explanation in sop and covering letter. Explain your job period in good way and then tell why you want to go for more education and canada specifically okay.

I have done 3 year diploma in computer engineering after 10th I have applied first time in ACS network management program ug diploma in national college which was private college but got refusal and now paid the fees for ug diploma of two years in computer system technician-Network systems at Mohawk college ....Right now i have made a strong sop and justification letter and showed sufficient funds , CA report and bank balance certificate ..... would it create problem like diploma after diploma Should i go with this ? Hey Romil, I got refusal on 23rd nov as I lodged my file on 21st oct... so yeah within a month I got decision and the reason is purpose of visit is inconsistent. So my agent told me that we will submit cover letter with justification and some modification in sop and this time am gonna show funds also as I didnt show any funds except 1 year fee, gic and itr only... and I got admission from Sheridan too

Bro i just got refused on 29th of june the only reason they give is, the purpose of your visit is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application. Please give me some suggestion what to do now.
Well try to convey then and show some funds if you can so you can say that you will come in your home country for your property and all and show them the future career plan in your home country with some practical applications after studying in canada so that will help you a lot.

Didn't show any funds, has a friend eho applied with the similar documents and no financial documents other than 1 year fee and Gic and got visa, mine got rejected.
I have applied for the caips notes as my reason for Refusal is - Purpose of visit is not consistent.
1. What are your suggestions, what changes should i opt for my application other than adding the cover letter?
2. can we disturb the bank balance once we have lodged the file or we have to keep the account and amount still until visa arrives?
3. also are 7 lacs enough to show?
4. And also Can I attach LIC insurance worth 5lacs ?

Finished my BCA in 2022 with 7.8 CGPA. I got 7.5 bands in IELTS and applied for course called "modern networks and cloud computing" at Lambton college for September 2023 intake. Yesterday I got my refusal with the reason stating that my purpose of visit is not consistent with a temporary stay. I don't know what to do now. I am very much stressed now

Got Refusal on 14th of December and my file was lodged on 14th of April , they took 8 months to give me refusal, even though my file was so strong , i don't know what IRCC is doing , they are accepting those people who have fake IELTS score, fake documents but those who have genuine docs. , These people are rejecting them 💔
Same bro I'm fed up of this bullshit our parents works day and night for this and they take education loans for our future when ircc shitty administration refuses visa like this it's almost waste of time of 1 year then refund process takes another 3 months and in between we keep on paying intrest to banks such fucked system

I have done 3years diploma(2021) in computer engg. here and before that i have gap of 2years like 12fail..and i have take 2years diploma undergraduate course in fanshawe college.. And now i am considering to go for Bachelors. So what do you think.. I should go for bachelor Or advance diploma.. In which case there is more chance of visa??
If you have diploma and if colleges are considering the diploma degree you have , then go for the advanced program but if they are not then as you know you have to go with diploma course, so check it first and then you get good outcome of it. And it is about file that how strong it is so don't worry about the results okay.Wish you best of luck

Well I don't have it now but what I can tell you is that i have add some financial planning in that after refusal and convince my point very strongly to come back after my studies and also make a covering letter as we have a refusal they want it from us so. In the 3rd application, I forgot to mention why I chose e-commerce course earlier and why IT course now. But I have clearly mentioned that I was refused earlier. Will this create any kind of issue and visa chances?

Hello guys, if you are getting refusal then don't go for re-apply immediately, if your reason is common like " you will not leave canada after study " then next time when you apply for visa, you should attach ITR of your father, mother and brother (if available) with atleast 4.5 lakh income which is of salary or business, not only agriculture (around 50k income of agriculture is allowed). And second important thing is your SOP, it is only way to convince visa officer, so hire someone who are professional in making SOP and apply. I paid around 10k for SOP

When I was making some stops of some students I just took 2000 and they are getting approval. And also I am sharing the same information for free on videos.

Actually I got offer of this 2k or 3k but this guy took 10k and give me guarantee and if I will not get visa then he will refund the full amount. And the success rate is 100% because my 8 friends got visa in last 2 years with this guy's help.
