Very handy feature.. I set the Bixby routine named as Good Night. I jst start it before sleep and that takes care of - BT off Location off Turn DND on NFC off Battery saving to Medium Power saving mode and Screen brightness to 20% Set alarm to.. x am. Done 👍
I used the app "Tasker" before to automate my S9+, but with my new S20+, Bixby routines makes the settings much more user friendly and visualy appealing. Both combine are even more powerful! Thank you for all your great ideas an your introduction, I didn't even knew of Bixby Routines before! :)
Tasker is extremely powerful. It can do alot more things. Bixby routines is for more subtle things... But you're right, it's alot easier to use, much better interface and frankly it doesn't drain battery.

I got the Note 20 Ultra and set up a Bixby Routine to switch screen resolution to 1440p only when TH-cam/Netflix are open and then when you exit, it goes back to 1080p 120hz since you can't run both at the same time
These things make android much better phone to use than iPhone. These customization man , makes life so easy. I wish someday apple let us do these sort of customization i will happily switch to iPhone, lew address this issue pretty bluntly yesterday.

@@rickrickboom5423 it would help the battery life because 120hz uses more battery and youtube videos are 30fps 95% of the time so having four times the refresh rate of the video is wasting battery

Hi, I've been having problems by setting the location with the maps app, uber and some other that require location on So I created the routine ,and when I get into some of those apps location doesn't turn on. Iphone pro def has better battery life. The note 20 ultra charges alot faster tho. I bought a battery case for it for when I travel
