I dont think Flyers can trust him going forward. This is likey to showcase him for trade. I agree his lateral movement is impressive.

Thanks, Russ and Rachel. Great discussion today. I agree about what was said about Torts. He's probably already made his mind up about the lines. So, did he ditch the coaching job to do other things? Nice team building. I hope that Danny holds him accountable. Yeah.... Then, he'll throw Lappy under the bus after things don't get off to a good start. Moving on from my daily Torts rant..lol. The players should have been decided upon last season. We still are still trying to figure out the status of some of the players. Yikes. Season 2 of a rebuild? It'll be interesting to see our goalie situation midpoint. Will Kolo stay, or go back home? Trade him to Boston? 😂😂😂 Could you both discuss how to watch the season games for the Flyers? I'm glad that you had mentioned LHV today. Will ESPN show most of the Flyers games? On their schedule, it mentions only 4. However, that might be just exclusive broadcasts. Thanks again. Its at least reasonable to suggest that Swayman is a good goalie with the defensive structure that Boston plays. I personally thought 8x8 was a fair offer for him but of course he wants more. Every player up for a new deal wants more and he and his agent must believe highly that he will get it somewhere. I think Shesterkin is worth the boatload of money he wants but Swayman is at least somewhat of a wildcard. What will he do with a heavier workload? Would he look as good on a different team?
