Inside Out 2: The Hidden Power of Core Beliefs

Pixar's Inside Out 2 did a great job to breaking down the concept of core belief. The theory of core beliefs comes from cognitive behavior therapy. In inside out 2 we learn that Riley has formed a core belief through the help of her primary emotions. Everything changes when she hits puberty and new emotions are introduced into the mix.
