the man wheezing as you mercilessly rip out his heart
Hahahahaa rip!!
Wait, where's the board in that Monopoly pocket edition? Is it cut up as a traditional puzzle and you just have to assemble it before playing?! Genius!
It's interesting how there's a trend of card games with lots of unique powers/special rules in each card, or shifting in other ways. It's tempting as a design -- maybe influenced by other board games, and you can always come up with lots of small surprises that can happen! But it ramps up the chaos a lot, which messes with the deduction and mind games that make trick taking so unique. Fox in the Forest did it best with only odd numbered cards having a limited number of powers. But it already stretches the limits in my opinion!
(As for the other game, as they say, it's gambling with extra steps :)
Hahahaaa yess jotaf! It's the best way to do pocket monopoly!
Yeah it's always tough to balance powers in a game. It can get super swingy super fast!
I love that you're wearing a Cloud Cap shirt.
We love cloud cap!!!
I like this review. 🎉😮
Me tooooo cheeeers!!
Not gonna lie, I was half expecting you to take a dive off of that chair. Don't try this at home, kids!
I almost JonTripped off the chair!!
Is that Operation Pocket in your Pocket ...or are you just happy to see me?
I haven't laughed as hard as I did at DT:W learning Trick of Fixer with you! What a remarkable experience. Can't wait to watch the video!
Hahahahaaa yes!!! What a trip!!
Thank you so much for playing!
Excellent video as always there lad, I really enjoyed it. Even if the games weren't quite to your liking this time, I always appreciate you introducing me to ones I'd never have heard of otherwise.
Cho Han's a funny one for me. First I confess, when it comes to games, I love nothing more, than rolling dice! So I don't really get the point of removing the dice from the game, and replacing them with cards. I would play it, but I seriously doubt if this game will be one I'm going to be rushing out to buy.
Trick of Fixer is a different story entirely, I really do like the look of this one! Yes, there's a bit of a rigmarole to getting the game going, and I agree some of the add-on rules could be better, but as soon as I saw it set up, even before you explaind it, I knew it was one I'd really like.
I can't comment on Yokai Septet, I somehow managed to miss the fact you did a video about it some time back, I need to go watch it.
I like your crooked die BTW, did you get it in some equally crooked gambling den somewhere? 😂
Hahahaaa cheeers Warriorking!! I'm with you; removing dice is tough because they're so fun! I got my crooked one in japan at an oddities shop! It's cool because, unlike a normal die, you can see 4 sides at a time woahhhh!!
And yeah i hope you like trick of fixer! It's wild to be sure! And yokai is a classic! Try it out🤞🤞🤞🤞
Had a good laugh at loud at operation pocket
Muahahaa cheeers!
I can't even find the regular edition anywhere.
It's so hard to find, so thankfully this is on kickstarter now!
Paix Guild special!
Totally!! Hope to cover their others soon!
Is that yokai in your pocket or are you happy to see me, at this movie theater.
AT A MOVIE THEATER??

I will not stand for this denigration of oatmeal raisin cookies
Pete! I have good news! They have ones with chocolate chips in them!
Yeah but I can’t share those with my dog!!!
Whoops. Just googled and found that dogs can’t eat raisins… do I ruin the bit or double down….
