So, you are facing potential prison time for some bad choices. Your attorney is advising you to cooperate in order to reduce your time. He or she is telling you they can help get you a 5K1 or a Proffer which can help reduce your sentence. Now all that is correct. What they do not tell you is that a 5K1 is also know as the "SNITCH CARD". This matters a great deal if you are going to anything higher than a Low and in some cases even low's. Once on the compound you will be asked to produce your paperwork (PSR). If you do not have it they will give you around two weeks to produce. Being labeled a snitch in the wrong prison can be a nightmare. You could be facing potential beatings or even extortion.
This video is not to create fear but rather awareness. You need to have a real heart to heart with your attorney. If he or she tells you this is not true they are liars. It is important to grill your attorney regarding your custody level. This is the only way you can make an informed decision. Most of you are likely going to a camp or a Low. There are some Low's that are run more like a Medium. Just take this all real serious. Thank you all for your support.

Damn dude your videos really are so helpful, every night I randomly choose one and it's always what I need to hear... Because the anxiety with my case is some times overwhelming.... RDAP DAN my bad if I wasn't clear,I don't see why anyone would turn states evidence unless there co defendants turned on you.even then it's not a good idea imho
