In the video you are using wrong method. You should first insert the charger shocket in battery and then switch on the electricity. Be careful or else it could lead to severe accident.
if it is well made device , electricity is not provided by just connecting.

Yes.. you are correct. Full charge 7hrs and if u ride doubles it wont give better range/milleage only 70/80 mileage. For me at 9 km range my vida doesnt move atleast one meter distance.. bullshit bike.. service is very poor. this is my genuine review

If you use only eco mode you will easily get 100-110 km range
Top speed in Eco mode is 45km/h

My Vida v1 was showing starting problems for a few days. On July 3, 2024 it completely stopped. I asked for Road side assistance through their App and immediately got a complaint number along with assurance that my grievance will be sorted out soon. After waiting for many hours I contacted the local dealer who gave me another number saying that the toll free number given in the App does not work properly. The second number too game me similar assurance promising me to pick the vehicle within one hour. I recd no responce till 11 AM the next day. Again I contacted the local dealer who gave me a new contact number. Again assurance given that within one hour my grievance will be sorted out . Now it is 6 PM, second day since my grievance was raised. I am still waiting for Vidas responce 😢 I shall update when my issue is sorted out.

I have not used the fast charging station yet.. But for home charging single battery takes 3.5 hours approx

@@siddhantmodi Sir, Might be you have observed theft had been done in Activa type vehicle, they have broken the under seat protection and taken valuable things, in similar way battery is also valuable for about 40k, there is a chance to theft the battery. It's better to go for fixed battery vehicle
@guru5655 there is another layer of lock underneath seat. Also removable battery is very helpful when you don’t have power supply in the area where you usually park your vehicle

Batteries are registered to single vehicle....once it's registered to one vehicle u can not use it for other vehicles.....
