In today's painting tutorial, I’m gonna share with you some really useful tips and tricks on how to fix mistakes in acrylic painting and what to do if you are stuck with your artwork and don't know how to finish it. I’m going to show you how easy to improve your painting on canvas so that you can put that hacks into practice right away. The tips are also suitable for beginner artists.

Wow! So beautiful. I tried to paint today with your tutorials but when I used the hake brush it looks like it sucks Al my paint dry ( hope you know what I mean) on the paint stopt moving inmidaltly. Do you maybe know what I am doing wrong? I use ass less pressure as I can when I use the hake brush. I tried misting it again with water but then I get really ugly water spots. Thank you so much for all your tutorials the are so helpful and your paintings are so beautiful!!

Sorry to hear about your troubles
I wouldn't say that I use as little pressure as I can when I use the hake brush. The pressure is moderate
Try this technique on a small canvas so your paint stays wet while you blend it. And when you improve your technique you can use bigger canvases

I notice you use “heavy body” acrylics. Do you find those easier to blend?
It makes no difference to me what kind of paint to blend, but for a beginner artist, the heavy body would be the most difficult to blend.

Indie which gesso do you use? ❤️
I don’t use gesso as I buy pre-primed canvas
For texturing canvas, I use Liquitex or unknown brands produced by local art stores ❤
