Wow, Daimon’s voice is a lot deeper than I was expecting, but everyone else sounds almost exactly how I imagined them! Shoutouts in particular to Eva, Jet, Grace, Jean, and Cassidy’s VAs, they were definitely my favorite. But an even bigger shoutout to Tozu’s. It’s not easy to fill Monokuma’s shoes but I think this voice does a great job sounding terrifying in a completely different way.
I hope you guys enjoy this video! It took me two months to create, and I’ve never felt so good to finish such a project. Please congratulate the VAs as they appear, but also enjoy the sound and visuals too! Love y’all!
My boy crit is an absolute legend. I’m proud of him for actually getting this role and killing it. From doing Archibald and Reginald for TDT to being a main villain for a spin off game is so beautiful

Their ambitions had lead them to carefully select the best voices for this project, and I'm very proud of them that they managed to filter it through everything in such a short time!

Ulysses with that line, the voice, and character design definitely makes me think he is going to be the byakuya or nagito of this game, just has that feeling to him

Frankly, these characters all look incredible. They each have their own personality, their own wonderful design, and the voice actors do a magnificent job ! The music is also really great, and suits each character very well. This is a very intriguing project for sure, I'm hooked !
It's kinda weird because all the other danganronpa MCs had higher pitched voices but nevertheless I think that's what makes it good! And omgg the voices kept getting better and better as it progressed. They're extremely good and versatile.
I am so happy with the voice choices here....especially with the guys Damon defiantly has my favorite voice of em all, and a part of that is the fact his voice doesn't follow the usual Male anime protag voice trope But yeah I really vibe with all of the voices here, Tozu also has a badass voice
I love the character-themed music for all the Ultimates! They fit so well, and the sheer amount of care and effort that went into the production really jumps out

Was not expecting Diane to have a slight accent but truly welcome. 🤩🤩🤩 Can’t wait, this looks amazing and the VA’s are SO talented!!! Edit: I WAS NOT EXPECTING GRACE TO BE THE ANGRY ONE. I expected either her or Wolfgang to be the rival. She’s angry and Wolfgang’s talent is similar to Daimon’s
I've heard about this project a while ago, and I always thought it sounded interesting. I definitely plan on giving it a look once it's released. From what I've seen, it looks really promising, especially sine unlike other Danganronpa-inspired works, this one actually had a full development team behind it, with artists, writers, programmers, voice actors, etc. Just by looking at the cast, I can tell a lot of love and care went into their designs and personalities. I've noticed a lot of parallels between them, and a few characters from the actual Danganronpa franchise, especially from the first game. 1. Damon - Immediately, I get Makoto Naegi vibes from him, although I'm not even sure if he's going to be the main protagonist or not. Even so, the snake-like motif going down his tie leads me to believe that he's somewhat sinister, and his dialogue definitely gives off the impression that he's full of himself, and looks down on others. If he is the protagonist, I think that's a really unique and interesting quality for him to have, since showcasing that even our hero possesses some unlikable traits makes him feel more human. 2. Eva - Definitely picking up a Kyoko Kirigiri-like resemblance from this character. I can tell she's intelligent, but based on her dialogue, she's also probably really paranoid, and isn't one to immediately open up to people on a whim. Hopefully she'll be able to open up to others sooner than later, because being too overly secretive won't be doing the group any favors. 3. Desmond - Although visually, he resembles Yasuhiro Hagakure, I can tell he's a lot more courageous, or at least, tries to paint himself as such. Based on his dialogue, he also sounds very resourceful, and strives for unity amongst the group. Either that, or he just wants everyone to put their faith in him, which could make him dangerous if he plans on stabbing someone in the back. It'll certainly be interesting to find out. 4. Eloise - Right away, I can tell that she's a fencer, and a very skilled one at that. She's obviously not a rash person, and is probably really good at thinking on her feet. If someone were to try to kill her, they would have a hard time finding an opportunity to strike her while she has her guard down. I can also tell she's a very proper person, based on the way she speaks. She sort of reminds me of Kiyotaka Ishimaru if he were a girl. 5. Toshiko - Hiyoko Saionji was the first character who came to mind when I saw her design, and it seems she has a personality to match. Unlike Hiyoko though, she seems to have a more proper way of speaking, but still isn't afraid to speak her mind. While that's not necessarily a bad trait, there is a chance that her attitude will rub some people the wrong way, and while this is purely speculation on my end, the way she covers herself using her fans makes her come off as being somewhat reserved. There's a chance she'll be the social outcast of the group, similarly like Toko Fukawa, but if that does turn out to be the case, I can see her being one of the most relatable characters to me on a personal level. 6. Wenona - Like Damon, Wenona appears to have a heighten view of herself, but she comes off as more condescending. I wouldn't be surprised if she was the person who Toshiko was talking to about "vanity." Other than that, she doesn't really leave that strong of an impression on me, but I can still see myself liking her a lot depending on what the story decides to do with her character. Perhaps she'll end up being the rival character, like Byakuya Togami was. If that ends up being the case, it would definitely be interesting to see her and Damon clash, as they both have very similar personalities, which is a pretty big contrast to Byakuya and Makoto's dynamic, who couldn't be more different from each other. 7. Ulysses - Ugh, I don't know to feel about this character. He comes off as being very obnoxious, and probably views himself as smarter than he really is. Others will probably want to distance themselves from him if he gets on their nerve s, and he kind of gives me a Hifumi Yamada vibe. Even so, I do have a feeling that he's not all talk, and is at least SOMEWHAT intelligent. He likely does a lot of reading, and is probably a huge history nut. Still, I can see myself getting tired of his presence very quickly. 8. Mark - Definitely getting a Chihiro Fujisaki vibe from him, based on the fact that he's clearly very skilled in some form of technology. In this case, that form seems to be making music using computer hardware. Also like Chihiro, he doesn't seem to have much confidence, and also doesn't like to boast about his talent that much. I get the feeling that he's an introverted person, and worries about how others perceive him. I've never really been a fan of this character archetype, but I do think it can be done correctly, and Mark definitely has potential. 9. Diana - Clearly a hairstylist, and a very bubbly and eccentric one at that. It's definitely going to be hard to dislike a character who seems to upbeat. She's clearly a very emotional person, and I get the feeling she'll be the group's morale booster, and try to lighten the mood whenever things seem utterly hopeless. I definitely get an Aoi Asahina-vibe, especially since she makes it clear that she wants no part of this killing game. I think there's also a chance that she'll be underestimated by her peers, and is actually capable of doing some pretty cutthroat stuff. Of course, that's just speculation on my end. 10. Wolfgang - This guy seems to value integrity and fairness, and those are definitely good traits to have going into a Class Trial. I can see him being one of the group's most valuable assets, and you can't help but admire someone who wants to have faith in others. At the same time, there's also a chance he may put TOO much faith in others, and I wouldn't be surprised if he ended up defending someone who wasn't truly innocent. All in all, I definitely think he has a lot of potential, and I hope he ends up being one of the more focal characters in the story. 11. Kai - This character is interesting to me. I can tell that he's some kind of model and/or influencer on social media, but based on his dialogue, it kind of sounds like he's used to others not liking his attitude. That tells me that he's very aware of how he comes across to others, but that he also doesn't really care what people think of him. He may be a little conceited, but I don't think he's a bad person by any means. 12. Jett - Clearly, he's a thrill seeker, and likes to live fast. He obviously stands out in terms of design, seeing as how he's the only character whose face is completely hidden, and I don't doubt that'll play a role in the story somehow. Other than that though, I don't have much to say about him, but he does seem very likable, and I can see him encouraging the others not to give up. 13. Ingrid - I definitely wouldn't have guessed that she was a southern bell just by looking at her, but I have absolutely zero quarrels with her being one. I can tell that she has a lot of heart and is a very hard worker. She also seems to have a lot of pride about her craft, and strives for nothing short of perfection, but still maintains a sense of humbleness. She definitely reminds me of Sakura Ogami, and if she's anything like her, I can see myself becoming attached to her very quickly. 14. Grace - Well, she certainly has quite the mouth on her. I've never been fond of characters whose brand of humor is just endless swearing, so I hope there's more to her than just that. She's clearly a golfer, and a very aggressive one, and no doubt that she turns that aggression in to fuel for when she competes. It also sounds like she gets annoyed easily, and has her own brand of insults that she's ready to use at a moment's notice. Can't say this attitude will make her the most popular among the others, but maybe there's more to her than I'm realizing. 15. Jean - I can tell that this guy lives in his own reality where every day is a pirate adventure. Despite that, I think he's a genuinely good guy who is capable of forming strong bonds with others, but I can also see a lot of people keeping their distance from him if they find his whole pirate shtick to be annoying. He sort of reminds me of Gundham Tanaka, but I think he'll be a lot more sociable than he was. I also also see a little bit of Kaito Momota in him as well. 16. Cassidy - She may be obnoxious, but she's also charitable and far from the most malicious person in the group. Not much else to really say about her, I just hope she doesn't overstay her welcome, because that could get grating. CHARACTER RANKING BASED ON FIRST IMPRESSION #1 - Toshiko #2 - Kai #3 - Wolfgang #4 - Damon #5 - Desmond #6 - Wenona #7- Diana #8 - Eva #9 - Ingrid #10 - Jett #11 - Eloise #12 - Ulysses #13 - Jean #14 - Mark #15 - Grace #16 - Cassidy Overall, great work on this project so far, can't wait for when it comes out. :)

May have been overtuned a bit. I imagine Steven likely used headphones, since it's a lot harder to notice any volume issues when wearing them compared to common speakers (or at least on mine, the mixing sounds mostly fine). We'll keep it in mind for future videos!

The voices were outstanding but can we also take a moment to appreciate the animations
Did not expect the golfer to be the loud and foul mouthed character like mondo or hiyoko lol, but definitely fits the design well

I've heard about this project a while ago, and I always thought it sounded interesting. I definitely plan on giving it a look once it's released. From what I've seen, it looks really promising, especially sine unlike other Danganronpa-inspired works, this one actually had a full development team behind it, with artists, writers, programmers, voice actors, etc.
Just by looking at the cast, I can tell a lot of love and care went into their designs and personalities. I've noticed a lot of parallels between them, and a few characters from the actual Danganronpa franchise, especially from the first game.
1. Damon - Immediately, I get Makoto Naegi vibes from him, although I'm not even sure if he's going to be the main protagonist or not. Even so, the snake-like motif going down his tie leads me to believe that he's somewhat sinister, and his dialogue definitely gives off the impression that he's full of himself, and looks down on others. If he is the protagonist, I think that's a really unique and interesting quality for him to have, since showcasing that even our hero possesses some unlikable traits makes him feel more human.
2. Eva - Definitely picking up a Kyoko Kirigiri-like resemblance from this character. I can tell she's intelligent, but based on her dialogue, she's also probably really paranoid, and isn't one to immediately open up to people on a whim. Hopefully she'll be able to open up to others sooner than later, because being too overly secretive won't be doing the group any favors.
3. Desmond - Although visually, he resembles Yasuhiro Hagakure, I can tell he's a lot more courageous, or at least, tries to paint himself as such. Based on his dialogue, he also sounds very resourceful, and strives for unity amongst the group. Either that, or he just wants everyone to put their faith in him, which could make him dangerous if he plans on stabbing someone in the back. It'll certainly be interesting to find out.
4. Eloise - Right away, I can tell that she's a fencer, and a very skilled one at that. She's obviously not a rash person, and is probably really good at thinking on her feet. If someone were to try to kill her, they would have a hard time finding an opportunity to strike her while she has her guard down. I can also tell she's a very proper person, based on the way she speaks. She sort of reminds me of Kiyotaka Ishimaru if he were a girl.
5. Toshiko - Hiyoko Saionji was the first character who came to mind when I saw her design, and it seems she has a personality to match. Unlike Hiyoko though, she seems to have a more proper way of speaking, but still isn't afraid to speak her mind. While that's not necessarily a bad trait, there is a chance that her attitude will rub some people the wrong way, and while this is purely speculation on my end, the way she covers herself using her fans makes her come off as being somewhat reserved. There's a chance she'll be the social outcast of the group, similarly like Toko Fukawa, but if that does turn out to be the case, I can see her being one of the most relatable characters to me on a personal level.
6. Wenona - Like Damon, Wenona appears to have a heighten view of herself, but she comes off as more condescending. I wouldn't be surprised if she was the person who Toshiko was talking to about "vanity." Other than that, she doesn't really leave that strong of an impression on me, but I can still see myself liking her a lot depending on what the story decides to do with her character. Perhaps she'll end up being the rival character, like Byakuya Togami was. If that ends up being the case, it would definitely be interesting to see her and Damon clash, as they both have very similar personalities, which is a pretty big contrast to Byakuya and Makoto's dynamic, who couldn't be more different from each other.
7. Ulysses - Ugh, I don't know to feel about this character. He comes off as being very obnoxious, and probably views himself as smarter than he really is. Others will probably want to distance themselves from him if he gets on their nerve
s, and he kind of gives me a Hifumi Yamada vibe. Even so, I do have a feeling that he's not all talk, and is at least SOMEWHAT intelligent. He likely does a lot of reading, and is probably a huge history nut. Still, I can see myself getting tired of his presence very quickly.
8. Mark - Definitely getting a Chihiro Fujisaki vibe from him, based on the fact that he's clearly very skilled in some form of technology. In this case, that form seems to be making music using computer hardware. Also like Chihiro, he doesn't seem to have much confidence, and also doesn't like to boast about his talent that much. I get the feeling that he's an introverted person, and worries about how others perceive him. I've never really been a fan of this character archetype, but I do think it can be done correctly, and Mark definitely has potential.
9. Diana - Clearly a hairstylist, and a very bubbly and eccentric one at that. It's definitely going to be hard to dislike a character who seems to upbeat. She's clearly a very emotional person, and I get the feeling she'll be the group's morale booster, and try to lighten the mood whenever things seem utterly hopeless. I definitely get an Aoi Asahina-vibe, especially since she makes it clear that she wants no part of this killing game. I think there's also a chance that she'll be underestimated by her peers, and is actually capable of doing some pretty cutthroat stuff. Of course, that's just speculation on my end.
10. Wolfgang - This guy seems to value integrity and fairness, and those are definitely good traits to have going into a Class Trial. I can see him being one of the group's most valuable assets, and you can't help but admire someone who wants to have faith in others. At the same time, there's also a chance he may put TOO much faith in others, and I wouldn't be surprised if he ended up defending someone who wasn't truly innocent. All in all, I definitely think he has a lot of potential, and I hope he ends up being one of the more focal characters in the story.
11. Kai - This character is interesting to me. I can tell that he's some kind of model and/or influencer on social media, but based on his dialogue, it kind of sounds like he's used to others not liking his attitude. That tells me that he's very aware of how he comes across to others, but that he also doesn't really care what people think of him. He may be a little conceited, but I don't think he's a bad person by any means.
12. Jett - Clearly, he's a thrill seeker, and likes to live fast. He obviously stands out in terms of design, seeing as how he's the only character whose face is completely hidden, and I don't doubt that'll play a role in the story somehow. Other than that though, I don't have much to say about him, but he does seem very likable, and I can see him encouraging the others not to give up.
13. Ingrid - I definitely wouldn't have guessed that she was a southern bell just by looking at her, but I have absolutely zero quarrels with her being one. I can tell that she has a lot of heart and is a very hard worker. She also seems to have a lot of pride about her craft, and strives for nothing short of perfection, but still maintains a sense of humbleness. She definitely reminds me of Sakura Ogami, and if she's anything like her, I can see myself becoming attached to her very quickly.
14. Grace - Well, she certainly has quite the mouth on her. I've never been fond of characters whose brand of humor is just endless swearing, so I hope there's more to her than just that. She's clearly a golfer, and a very aggressive one, and no doubt that she turns that aggression in to fuel for when she competes. It also sounds like she gets annoyed easily, and has her own brand of insults that she's ready to use at a moment's notice. Can't say this attitude will make her the most popular among the others, but maybe there's more to her than I'm realizing.
15. Jean - I can tell that this guy lives in his own reality where every day is a pirate adventure. Despite that, I think he's a genuinely good guy who is capable of forming strong bonds with others, but I can also see a lot of people keeping their distance from him if they find his whole pirate shtick to be annoying. He sort of reminds me of Gundham Tanaka, but I think he'll be a lot more sociable than he was. I also also see a little bit of Kaito Momota in him as well.
16. Cassidy - She may be obnoxious, but she's also charitable and far from the most malicious person in the group. Not much else to really say about her, I just hope she doesn't overstay her welcome, because that could get grating.

the VAs all sound really good! It was kind of hard to hear some of them over the music tho, maybe the audio mixing needs work?
May have been overtuned a bit. I imagine Steven likely used headphones, since it's a lot harder to notice any volume issues when wearing them compared to common speakers (or at least on mine, the mixing sounds mostly fine). We'll keep it in mind for future videos!
What Hayden said! I use Sennheiser HD6XX, so these headphones may have skewed the mixing.
