Also expected that water washable resin is brittle and cannot handle any pressure which was disproven. I guess Reddit is not the be all end all and empirical data does matter.

3Dmaterials. No one ever talks about them, but they are competitively priced and from what I've seen/used they seem pretty good. Though seems like their water washable actually does better when cleaned with IPA.

Hi. Can I ask if there is a difference in hardness or iron content, deformation between the colors of the ART-ENGINNERING version? I only print the gear mechanical structures in the engine between Jamghe Engineering Pro vs ABS Jamghe Art Engineer better? Thank you very much
@kkokook5654 yes there's some color difference even between batch to batch. The pro is going to be stiffer and stronger but much harder to print. Art engi feels a bit more like an ABS type of resin so it has some flexibility to it
Regarding the warping: Does it happen before or after curing? At what stage do you remove the supports (before or after curing) and does that make any difference?
In my experience warping can start from the minute you remove the prints from a support or it can happen days after curing. I take them from the supports after cleaning in ipa and cure them. Then i wait for more then a week before i start my video to see what the resin is doing. The curing imo is only to remove surface resin that doesn't get removed during cleaning and doesn't have a real other benefit. But if you leave them to long like hours the resin will start to break down. But that's my opinion as others will claim otherwise. I even have a brand saying that curing after cleaning is not needed as it will only yelow prints 🤷♂️

Would be interesting to see tests on the rest of Anycubic's offerings. Are they all mediocre, or is it just the compromises of plant based resins in general letting down their eco resin? They are also one of the cheapest brands, in the UK at least, and I imagine a lot of people use them if they bought their printer from Anycubic.

Ideally I'd have a very stiff and hard resin that isn't brittle. I thought that phrozen's would work but I've only seen one decent YT video demonstrating it's properties. If you'd include it in one of your video's that would be awesome. There aren't a lot of videos on it so it might also be good for you to have one of the only up to date and high quality videos on that specific resin. Would you mind sharing who makes the nylon-green tough for Phrozen? Thanks for responding!!
That's the temp i use to heat everything up on almost any resin before i put it in the printer (i have a heated enclosure) after that i let the printer do it's thing and the temps stay around 25-28c
Thanks for the reply, I am now using chitu conjure standard 8k with siraya tenacious, 80/20% and neither reverie is as flexible as the videos I have seen of this art/eng.
Most important things is heating it up to 30+c and give your prints a 1,5 to 2 seconds rest before exposure. In chitu it's called rest time after retract. If you do this you should be good to go

Eryone resins are worth a look, they are CMYK so you can mix your own colours, I use them a lot.

Was the art engineering resin printed at 40-50C? Went to the website to look at the spec sheet and that's quite the temp.

@perche26 yeah it's a great resin but you might want to take a look at the last resin video from the nova 3d line up😉
this Jamg He looks like the Chitu Conjure Sculpt. Its the same?
Chitu resins are produced by jamg he so it's going to be very similar
I bought JAMG HE Engineering resin and it´s new to me so could you help me with setup that you use. i have anycubid m3 premium
