I used to work for the company (Loomis) that collected the phones and restocked the money. If I was collecting them from this machine I would’ve taken these phones and sold them on eBay under Techrax name hahah
And some people will pay a lot just because Techrax owned them and they were busted on TH-cam. Many popular TH-camrs are considered minority "stars" and just the fact that they handled and featured an item in one of their videos will suddenly make that item worth more to some people. So yes.. he could get more for it on eBay..from the right buyer. Or... as one of you stated, if only the screen is trashed, they could simply replace the screen and have a working phone again.

@Devlyn Witter I rarely buy new phones unless they come with a coffee machine and a indestructible everything. I'm equipped with the iPhone SE right now, no reason to upgrade. As long as your phone uses the latest Software for it you should be fine. Don't spend your Money on another phone unless it's a substantial upgrade in parts of the phone which matter. I.E. Battery life, warranty, water/lifeproofing, and a few other things.

Well I'm getting mixed feelings about how you feel about the machine, but to me, it's a Godsend. I use to have a business working on phones and just recently moved on from it. I'm now in the process of moving out of state and I have literally hundreds of old junk phones that I wasnt sure what to do with. I greatly appreciate this video man. Im from a VERY small town and had no idea these even existed. I could sure use that extra cash right now lol.

@Devlyn Witter I rarely buy new phones unless they come with a coffee machine and a indestructible everything. I'm equipped with the iPhone SE right now, no reason to upgrade. As long as your phone uses the latest Software for it you should be fine. Don't spend your Money on another phone unless it's a substantial upgrade in parts of the phone which matter. I.E. Battery life, warranty, water/lifeproofing, and a few other things.
