just want to say that I met John at Gymbox back in Dec & he took the time to have a convo with me about the brand. He invited me to the 5k & training the next day. I flaked as I was embarrassed about my time, but that convo was the turning point. I didn't want to miss out on that opportunity again. Have been running 5k 3x weekly since & am now running low 20s consistently, hoping to go sub 21 next. My starting time was 38 min (I know...) Man like John for being the trigger.

Just came across Represent a month ago and this series feels like my tribe even though I'm in Tasmania, Australia. I've been into fitness since I was 17, (lifting heavy stuff /bodybuilding) before it was cool. Mainly an excuse to eat lots of food - can relate to George and his love of food - love the food aspect of the vids, pls put more detail in about what/where you're eating. Mike, you're a legend and so great to see you both working together. FYI - George I invented nitro coffee in 2002 in Perth, Australia - or at least the first to sell it commercially on tap in Australia and eight years before the U.S. Sold nitro at burger cafes I owned., much to the disbelief of customers. Waited for the world to catch up, plus a few life challenges and launched nitro-style coffee in 2018 @MAKcoffeeaus. Hope to do a collab when you launch in Australia - love to supply MAK to you and the team. Cheers Mike, Tasmania

I saw George's interview on The Diary of a CEO and instantly became a fan of him and now of course the brand! Excited to see what the future holds and can't wait for the women's line. Also, another good location would be Toronto 🫢🤞🏻
