Man, never realized how much I miss your fan videos. Love that room with the 2 Air Kings, looks so cozy in there! I wish the weather here were good enough for an attic fan

I remember that addition! I remember the original design in another 2008 video, and I saw when you guys were renovating it in 2014. Really cool to see it all finished now.

You got an awesome vintage collection. That Emerson whole house fan is awesome, and same with the attic fan. My mom didn’t know how to clean the attic fan so hopefully this helps.

You said "current state of society"...I love it!!! Yes, people are that depressingly unintelligent and they just have zero sense of the presence of their stupidity. You gained another subscriber with your thorough level of ownership maintenance! Great job and video to teach what it is to be a responsible home owner!

Are usually have to have a window open when I run the hood exhaust fan over the stove. It’s because the fan needs the make up air.

Nice attic fans Mike . Any clean fans are happy fans. I have 2 9106 table fans and they are the best fans I had in years. Hi Leah! I love her nice 🐈

Many of the average Joe's, would never service attic fans. So they would only run for a few years before locking up. It never dawns on most average Joe's that you can just replace the motor. Most would just replace the whole fan. Ah normies..

What about the third attic fan mounted in front of a gable vent from the video 13 years ago?

That was removed way back in 2008. It was unnecessary, and how it was setup didn't move any air at all. We still have it, still mounted on the wooden frame, in storage.

I wish you had shown the actual lubrication of the fan-- that is what I need to do first, to see if maybe I can avoid replacing the fan.

You put oil in the oil ports… there’s nothing to really show.

@@spatsbear I copy-- thank you. I am looking at replacing my current fan which was in place when we bought our house in 2009.. and we didn't maintain it.. so I don't think lubricating it now will do more than buy a small amount of time. What I am reading in the comments of the new fan, is that the bearings are sealed and the unit is "maintenance free", guaranteed for 10 years. It sounds like lubricating every year will not be necessary once I bite that bullet.
