I feel that our judicial system has a serious problem. How do you find one has not participated in the crime yet you as a judge you proceed to sentence him for 30years. It will always end in tears for such characters. God will take care of you and your family bro.

The magistrates/judges, doctors, prosecutors, investigating officers and any person who gives false evidence to defeat justice should be held accountable for their actions in such cases. Matters rape are serious and have been used to victimize men most of who are suffering and languishing in jails for false accusations.

We need a jury system in Kenya because the current system is convicting poor innocent people based not on facts, but based on contempt of their conditions. I heard that Mheshimiwa Linturi raped a blind and physically disabled woman and was not even arrested? Was it true ama ilikuwa ni uvumi?

    • @samuelmwangi4258

We aren't ready for a jury system as a country. Tuko mbali sana. Not for poor democracies like Kenya.
So much can go wrong. Ata kama ni wewe kwa hiyo jury utaogopa

@@samuelmwangi4258 I have participated in 2 jury trials here in the US and it's a good system if jury members are a microcosm of the community. I like it because the judge does not decide guilt or innocence, the community does.
