This is the sweetest looking Beretta build I think I've ever seen. The hammer, trigger, magwell, trigger guard, front sight insert, grips, finish, and more, were apparently all worthy upgrades. I've owned a few Berettas, including the 92FS, 92FS compact, 96FS, an Inox, the .380ACP, and the Taurus version from the nationalized factory in Brazil and they all have that smooth slide/receiver function and lockup. If you look at their manufacturing technique the automated machine fitting process using abrasive laden oils makes that smooth-as-snot action much easier to understand why other companies do not have that smooth action. Another well produced video sootch00!
How can anyone hate on Yankee Marshall? Because he's not a ultra tacticool internet badass? Dude's hilarious and he knows his shit. He's probably my favorite guy on youtube for gun reviews.
@@Its_Papa_John I have three Glocks, four CZ's, three Berettas, and seven Sigs. My favorite is the CZ 75 P-01 which I consider the perfect weapon for me.
Fricken outstanding!! Beretta was at our ranges customer appreciation day, they brought a full size 92 Wilson Combat pistol! Man, that was beyond sweet! Among them was a compact 92... what you did is what they told me was the best way to get one Wilsonized!! I really appreciate this video!! Thank you!!
very smart of Wilson Combat to take on the Beretta line. A lot of people don't have 2,500 plus for a Wilson 1911. This route u have a reliable customized duty gun for a fraction of the price. Love the bronze finish sootch!!
*Great pistol* The 92 Compact with Rail (compact version of the M9A1) is the best semi-auto defensive pistol ever made IMO. Slicking up the action makes a great pistol even better. I prefer the decock only "G" variants with the standard "skull crusher" trigger guard first in the full size M9A1 used by the US Marines who wanted a more robust trigger guard for situations when the pistol was used as an impact weapon. Love the beautiful grip with the sweet looking Wilson Combat logo.
That is a fine looking gun. That is except for one pet peeve of mine. The grip panels look incomplete without the forward hook at the bottom front. It's missing on the 92s' and my 8000. My 84FS came with stock grips with the forward hook. Your video shows the 92 Compact also is missing that hook. Beretta has a nice aluminum grip that has the forward hook and really improves the looks. I have the aluminum grips on my 92FS. At first glance the missing hook on the grip makes it look like a 911. I have no idea how Beretta can have missed this. It really looks like somebody missed it and nobody ever fixed it. Except for the aluminum grips all the other Beretta replacement grips have that straight forward edge. Ah well, we live in an imperfect world, that is, except for your videos. I like....
Every time I watch this video I get the itch to pickup a 92FS compact and send it to Wilson Combat. I love your reviews Don! Thank you for the effort you put into them!
This has always been one of my favorite handguns and Wilson Combat really did a great job on it making a really nice platform even better, it makes perfect sense that they started in the jewelry business with their customizations always being so aesthetically pleasing.👌👍👍
I have no idea if you still check the comment section on these older vids but just a quick question, why didn’t you have them convert it to type G when they had it? Anyway beautiful little gun it really looks fantastic! I have the Wilson/Beretta Centurion with action tune and it is absolutely amazing. Rick
In early September of 2016 I was considering a Beretta Compact and called W/C about lead times. They quoted me 3 to 4 months. So, now we see who gets put at the front of the line. I had $1000.00 to spend. I instead purchase a CZ P-01 and a CGW PRO kit to go along with my CGW PCR.
.308or5.56? that's right. apparently he sold more patches than he had. but instead of refunding the people (which is a huge pain in the ass) or ordering a whole nother batch of patches he decided to simply block them is what I heard.
The lighting when your inside is not complimenting that burnt bronze finish. Outside though, oh my that looks fantastic. I didn't think I'd be a burnt bronze fan but I'm seriously reconsidering. For real though get some different light bulbs or switch to some LED's.
Great review! I expect nothing less from Wilson and have found nothing less in my own Wilson's. Not sure about that Paratagas Maduro though...I love maduros and the stronger the better! But I think this deserves a Litto Gomez Small Batch #6. ;)
Great video! I have a Wilson Combat Beretta 92G Brigadier Tactical. I enjoy looking at it and handling it as much as shooting it! Keep up the great work, Sooch!
Not exactly to my tastes, but it's a very fine gun . Wilson does an excellent job and their customer service is second to none. I wouldn't hesitate to send them my 1911 again for some additional work.
Love your vids Brother Sootch00, I hope to see your videos for years to come. Hopefully killary doesn't try banning gun videos and everything else under her nose if it comes to that. Keep up the good work & stay safe/stay armed.
Interesting video. Nice shooting skills. I can attest to the synergy that Wilson and Beretta have. I have the Wilson Beretta 92G Compact and it quickly rose to the top of my EDC rotation. Gotta say that the burnt bronze and dirty olive grips don't cut it for me but if you like it, rock on Sootch!
Mr.Sootch, do you think that sometime in the near future you might be able to do a video on 'ghost guns'? i think it would be a really nice idea but would also understand if you are not able to. thanks for taking time out of your day to read this by the way. I loved shooting the 92FS. What a smooth shooting weapon. Favorite 9mm I've shot.
I'd love to own one some day. It's just such an iconic pistol and seems to be a solid shooter.
@@Its_Papa_John I have three Glocks, four CZ's, three Berettas, and seven Sigs. My favorite is the CZ 75 P-01 which I consider the perfect weapon for me.
I've got an Inox compact I need to send in!
i like that you're into cigars. firearms and cigars really pair well.
Fricken outstanding!!

This guy always do a good job with his reviews. One of the best gun-analyst out there In my opinion
very smart of Wilson Combat to take on the Beretta line. A lot of people don't have 2,500 plus for a Wilson 1911. This route u have a reliable customized duty gun for a fraction of the price. Love the bronze finish sootch!!
Would love this In a silver or urban gray finish.
i would like to see a m9A3 custom.
could be the most beautiful gun Ive ever seen! Wish I could do my M9
Wow what a beautiful upgrade. Now it looks just as good as it shoots.
Real nice transformation. Love them Berettas and Wilson makes them some much better.
*Great pistol*

I'm thinking of upgrading my Inox 92FS. Big on my list is thinner grips. I do like the addition of the fiber optic sight!

Best gun is an accurate one that you can fire confidently and understand the mechanics of the weapon.
OH MY GOSH. I love m92s, and that one is just AWESOME!
Every time I watch this video I get the itch to pickup a 92FS compact and send it to Wilson Combat. I love your reviews Don! Thank you for the effort you put into them!
Beautiful finish, on an already great pistol.
wow, beautiful pistol. I love the color scheme you picked out. wonderful job by wilson
This has always been one of my favorite handguns and Wilson Combat really did a great job on it making a really nice platform even better, it makes perfect sense that they started in the jewelry business with their customizations always being so aesthetically pleasing.👌👍👍
I customized a Brigadier w/ trigger springs ,polish &VZ grips.Everybody loves to shoot this gun w/ a 4# trigger.A pretty stainless shooter.

I love my WC 92G Centurion!!
Wow, a Wilson combat, Cuban cigars, and stylish sunglasses. I'm moving to Tennessee!
I have the full size 92g from wilson with the enhanced trigger and magwell. It is the smoothest action of any gun I've ever used.
Jeez that burnt bronze with black barrel combo makes for a real superb looking pistol. might have to copy that one day if i can afford it =D
I love Wilson. they always do a good job.
Gorgeous piece, AND a cigar ! You had me at Maduro...
Lol! thanks
very nice! especially since i missed out on the 226 langdon all those years ago the wilson berettas have really been calling me
wow that is one smooth operating device. very sarisfying to hear it clicking like butter
Another great gun review! My Beretta 92 FS was stolen a few months ago. I miss it so much 😢
Insanely cool gun, I have a basic beretta and I love the way that shoots.
Man that is a nice color. Love the contrast of the black barrel

that's cool, my grandfather had a jewelry shop my entire life too, thanks for sharing friend.
I love my 92FS, but that is a beautiful weapon!
One awesome looking Beretta you got there Sootch. Couldn't do that to my 92FS Compact Inox, but man, if I only had a black one!
That was nice of you to shout out YankeeMarshal
yeah I heard he pulled some paypal hi-jinks.....tsk-tsk
what you mean? like he ripped people off?
.308or5.56? that's right. apparently he sold more patches than he had. but instead of refunding the people (which is a huge pain in the ass) or ordering a whole nother batch of patches he decided to simply block them is what I heard.
Wow. And i unsubcribed from him a long a time ago off the way he talked to people. Looks like i was right

Mines? You mean mine
I love that color, they do one heck of a job!
I like it better in black but to each his own I suppose...
Wow looks so good from the safety side.
Man this is gorgeous. Just outstanding
The lighting when your inside is not complimenting that burnt bronze finish. Outside though, oh my that looks fantastic. I didn't think I'd be a burnt bronze fan but I'm seriously reconsidering. For real though get some different light bulbs or switch to some LED's.
What a beautiful custom pistol Sootch.
Beautiful Man!! Love that look! Can't go wrong with Wilson Combat. Thinking about grabbing the Brigadier
smart move installing the g conversion yourself. if you do the conversion through Wilson combat, it'll add a few more weeks to your order
Nice job and nice gun ,well done and a great Wilson reman.
Sootch, you need to do an update video on this beauty. How is the finish holding up?
I'm not a beretta person but something like this i probably would buy
That is one beautiful gun...looking to purchase my first gun...looks like i want the Beretta 92 FS Burnt Bronze 9mm
You are so awesome that i watch your reviews and i don't even like guns .... Lol . Thank you , Sootch .
Can you put description of the customizations you had added to your beretta 92 compact?
Thanks to this video I just sent off my M9A1 to Wilson Combat. Good job Sootch, you just cost me $800. :-)
800$ Just for the modifications ?
Drinking game. Take a shot every time Sootch says "smooth" during this video.

Thank god, somebody fixed that square trigger guard.

Great review! I expect nothing less from Wilson and have found nothing less in my own Wilson's. Not sure about that Paratagas Maduro though...I love maduros and the stronger the better! But I think this deserves a Litto Gomez Small Batch #6. ;)
nice video and I especially like the ones where u customize guns (especially rifles)
The gun looks blue in the pic. Looked really sharp.
I low key really like this color and all.
Wow, that came out amazing!
You know what would look really good, if you had all the functioning levers, mag release, safety, slide release take down lever, hammer & trigger.
That burnt bronze is sooo pretty...
Hello Sootch,
Beautiful Beretta 92 FS
Be well
I WOULD HAVE FILLED THAT SAFETY WARNING BEFORE THE FINISH JOB
I'm a Busch Light fan!
Looks too beautiful to be shooting with I would have it display
Kevin Tran I have to agree. might be the sweetest gun I have seen, but I would still shoot the shit out of it.
A thing of beauty!!
Please do an instal video of the 92G conversion!!
Love your vids Brother Sootch00, I hope to see your videos for years to come. Hopefully killary doesn't try banning gun videos and everything else under her nose if it comes to that. Keep up the good work & stay safe/stay armed.
That's a beautiful gun!!! Don't ever drop it brother, Great video!!!
Busch Light is like honeysuckle from the nectar gods. How do they make it so good, ship it so far and sell it so cheap?
I have a Karambit by MTech that has the same golden matte finish and handle material!!
Beautiful pistol....now I want to do mine like that but I know it had to cost a pretty penny.
Beautiful pistol, I wish I didn't watch this video because now I have to have one...keep up the good work.
Now that is nice well done those grips are beautiful.
Turnaround from Wilson Combat? I had a Beretta 92fs converted to the G configuration and it takes approximately 10 weeks to complete!
I sent my 96 slide to Wilson and they converted it to type G in about three weeks.
WOW, what's not to like! Love it!
The Model 92 is already a very attractive pistol, so this service make a lot of sense for appearance alone. Now that one is a major sexy model, ha.
awesome custom job.
Sootch00, beautiful gun. I'm beyond jealous.
beautiful gun. another great review as always!!!
Love that burnt bronze, Maaannn!
good cigar and a fine gun what else do you need
Mohamed Abdelsalam the strip tease of Selma Hayek from dusk till Dawn...or both...lol
Mohamed Abdelsalam strippers and ammo lol
Mohamed Abdelsalam blunt instead of cigar
That’s a great looking gun !!
That gun is sooo beautiful. Gimme!!
Sootch00, how has the finish held up for you? What is the difference between Wilson Combat's Armor Tuff Finish, and a regular Cerecote finish?
Interesting video. Nice shooting skills. I can attest to the synergy that Wilson and Beretta have. I have the Wilson Beretta 92G Compact and it quickly rose to the top of my EDC rotation. Gotta say that the burnt bronze and dirty olive grips don't cut it for me but if you like it, rock on Sootch!
Fist think I noticed was trigger guard.Nice $$$$$$$
Mr.Sootch,
do you think that sometime in the near future you might be able to do a video on 'ghost guns'? i think it would be a really nice idea but would also understand if you are not able to.
thanks for taking time out of your day to read this by the way.
