    Thank you for the video!!
I’m an American that currently works and lives in the Uk 🇬🇧. I would like to buy a small house for as a secondary home and then later as an investment property. I will need to get a mortgage but can pay a 20-30% deposit. Will I be able to get a mortgage in Us with a Uk salary? Or is it better for me to try to get a mortgage from the Uk for my us home.
Please kindly advise! Thank you so much!

Hi you won’t be able to get a UK mortgage for a US property. Of you file us taxes you can get a mortgage in the US for your US property.

Thank you so much for this. As a uk citizen, would it be possible to secure financing through an llc? Do you have a video on this?

You can if you have 2 years of accounts with the LLC

Hi Stephen, thanks for putting these videos together. Can I just ask what is the maximum LTV you can get on your US property once you've passed 2 years of accounts? I'm guessing you get higher LTVs on Residential property?

Locals in the US can buy residential with as little as 3% down. But if you’re not a U.S. resident the options will vary. Look up foreign National mortgages and this is the type of mortgage you can obtain. There’s lots of financial institutions in the US that offer money and the smaller lenders are more creative but rates maybe be higher with a good LTV in the good times when the market is going up. Anywhere from 60% to 80% could be achieved depending on the property and location and your financials.

He Stephen, thanks for sharing this creative way of buying property in US.
What's your taught about seller finance/ option in UK. Thank you

It’s possible in any country. It works best in a downward trending or sideways market. The key to it is finding a solution everyone is happy with.
